Our backyard is very well maintained, approximately a half an acre of fenced yard. Due to some maintenance done to the property, the lawn was reseeded. There are patches but we have reseeded those areas as well. It will take a few weeks for the new growth. We provide several seating areas for our guests with umbrellas. However, you may need to wear a sun hat to help with additional shading. We provide potty bags and a garbage can for disposal. Water provided to dogs and minimal toys. Directions are easy to follow and the spot is perfect! We took our 7 year old Lab/Great Dane rescue and he tapped out after 45 minutes. The space is great for sniffing and playing fetch. A bonus was my kids got to stretch their legs running around with Tig. Will be back soon!

We enjoyed coming back to The Dog-Out a second time. Our dogs like running and playing in the large area. After they start getting tired, they like exploring between the trees on one side of the area. We’re also learning the mini agility course. Next time we’re bringing towels so they can try the wading pool. The chairs for us people are so comfy that my sister wants to find one like the ivory one. I think it will become a regular spot for us!

This is a beautiful spot! Very clean, and the views are lovely. The attention to detail was excellent, (extra poop bags! a kiddie pool for splashes!) and the whole area felt very secure. The fence was well maintained and sturdy, the gate closed easily. I appreciated the extra driving directions to the property as well. It was really fun to show my dogs the agility equipment and work their brains more too. We will definitely be back to this spot.

Absolutely beautiful sniffspot and one of my favorite places to date. My dogs had a blast and it was exactly what they needed to be tuckered out! The only hard thing was my little guy is human reactive and did see humans for about half of the time we were there but it was noted appropriately in the ad so we were aware. Otherwise, there was a great seating spot, lots of agility equipment, a cool little pool, and a beautiful view. Absolutely will come here again when we are back in town for another trip!
