Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Swimming with your pups is always an option.(see upgrade pkg) Please let us know in advance if you will need more than 1 dog towel. *** If you want to add a friend or relative and their animal please make sure they are aware of all rules and liability. *** *** No smoking, vaping, alcohol, chew, etc permitted on property. ***

This fully fenced in yard is the ultimate oasis. Walk your dog on over and relax next to Ford Lake with optional usage of the fire pit, fridge, and tiki torches. We also have two playgrounds for younger children to enjoy. There's also a scooper, dog poop station, and toys available for you to use. Wifi is available free for guests. Connection information will be sent during your booking. Need to charge your phone or use an outlet? Feel free to plug-in to our outdoor receptacles. Need to run your dog at night? Not a problem! We have exterior lights we can turn on both by the lake and near the house that will give you more than enough light to see. There's also solar lights placed throughout the yard. While we don't specifically have an outdoor restroom, if you need to use the restroom, message us and we can let you inside. Dogs must remain outside while you use the facilities. Stay for an hour or have an evening relaxing by the lake with your pup.

We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. It’s a large open area to RUN! RUN! RUN!!! We sit on about 5 acres. There’s an old barn on the property. It’s so much open space that I can’t help but feel as though we should share it with more dogs! Our German shorthair pointer can run for hours out here and it is more than enjoyable to get to sit and watch. We’d love to see some other dogs running and frolicking in our open space. Our pointer, Patton can be put in the house while you visit. If you have a small dog, I HIGHLY recommend a coyote vest with the spikes on the top of it to repel hawks if you plan on letting your little dog off leash out here. We have hawks and bald eagles and I have had a hawk attempt to take my 4 lb yorkie poo. There’s chickens that we free range, but I am more than happy to put them away if they will be a distraction to your dog. I know they are to most. Haha

Such a breath of fresh air! Very convenient quick and easy getaway from the city! Very welcoming, kind , pleasant ,accommodating host! A host who takes great pride in their beautiful, home, yard, pond, chicken farm, and who's also incredibly nice enough to be willing to share it with strangers and their dogs! Definitely a reservation that is well worth making again... very VERY soon. The doggos didn't want to leave and would've been more than happy to have willingly transferred owners with this wonderful host! Thanks again for your hospitality and the fresh eggs!

Weve tried a few sniff spots for my reactive dog and this one by far takes the cake! Such a beautiful property where my dog can safely play (mostly lay in the shade because she’s a winter girl) without having to worry. The host’s little touches of hospitality made it so welcoming. We loved it! Such a great fenced area to run & sniff for our pups! Our normally leash reactive dogs met the neighboring Golden retriever and ran the fence with him for a bit. After a few minutes he went back to his porch and my dogs went back to the pond. I felt my dogs were secure & safe off leash the entire time— even with a neighboring dog checking us out. Both my dogs ventured into the pond— they’ve never had a chance to swim so just went to chest deep. Next time I’ll pay to swim to get them further out and comfortable in the water. Overall a phenomenal experience— highly recommended!!

Lovely place! Huge, safe, very organized and clean. My pups loved it and so did we! My sister and I swam a little too. My pups had so much fun, lots of birds to chase (I have 2 Brittanys), water to cool down and some shade and chairs as well! Next time we'll definitely need to get more than 1h! I just couldn't find trash or poo bags. I took my own poo bags, and on our way out used the trash by their garage, which was fine :)

This is such a beautiful property! Our dogs loved it and we did too! The pond is wonderful and so refreshing. They have great paths that the dogs loved running too. Perfect spot. Huge area for our young heeler mix to run around. The pond was awesome, would definitely go back and swim with the dogs next time. We really appreciated the chairs and umbrella as it was sunny and hot. Would recommend!

It's a great spot to bring your 4 legged children! She had so much fun and so did we. She enjoyed the big yard to run around in. We're very thankful to the family for allowing us to visit. The only thing I'd recommend is bringing a small table or those stick in drink holders if you want to have your drinks with you closer to the water.
