Jenny was really nice and very accommodating. The spot is securely fenced with gates held closed by bungee cords. There was a pool available that Jenny let us fill with water and use - perfect for the warm day that we were there. Plenty of room to play ball and sniff around for our rental. Yard was clean. Host also provided treats, a couple of tennis balls and a tennis racket for hitting the balls across the yard. We were staying at The Mountain Top Inn which was just 10 minutes away and this was the perfect place to get the dogs out to blow off some steam during out stay. Host does have dogs but 1 was at day care the day we visited and we did not see or hear the other dog. If you have a reactive dog you may just want to check in with her about this.

I loved this location! My fiancé and I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes with our dogs to this location. We were not disappointed. We got there early, as we drove far and arrived earlier than planned. The owner of the spot was very kind in allowing us to start our journey early. We guided our dogs in trying to learn how to swim at their beach. The walk was extremely peaceful and the fields were pretty and fun to explore. The path was very clearly set out for you, and it was a clean space for our two dogs. We saw beautiful wildlife, and I brought my camera to capture the fun (along with pretty butterflies). It was definitely hot today (87 degrees) there were many areas that were in the shade and the water at the beach kept all of us cool. I will say, in the wood areas, it got buggy, with many ground bees hitching a ride on my dog’s head. No stinging occurred! But I would pack bug spray to avoid it next time so we could explore the fields and woods more. No problem! Mother Nature can do what she wants lol. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and we were wicked close to Kelly’s Snack Shack, so we got everyone some snacks after a long day of fun!

We had a great time! It was a little buggy (I should have applied the supplied bug spray a bit better). My dog loved the sandy beach and I was able to read my book a bit while not having to worry about him playing.

If I could give Brook Run Dog Park more stars I would! The moment we arrived a Lynn’s beautiful property she greeted us with warmth and kindness. She should us everything she has to offer, and several times throughout our visit checked in to see if we needed anything. Here space is massive! I went with two friends and their dogs, between us we had 8 dogs and BRDP had more than enough space for them all. The pool was a major hit with them (I couldn’t keep my dog out of it) and we even got to swim with the dogs! And the agility course was perfect for confidence building with the 3 puppies we have. All of our dogs are off leash trained, but it gave us such a peace of mind to just be able to let them off leash in a fenced in area. We are already planning to go back for our dogs birthdays, gotcha days, and just for fun because the space is amazing and so is Lynn!

This is a doggie play land paradise! so much fun on the agility equipment and the pool. The yard is super clean and well kept and the host was very helpful and lovely. We will definitely be back!

This spot is the BEST. It’s a very quiet property, kept very clean and has so many amazing amenities. The host Lynn is incredibly helpful when showing you around. I was slightly hesitant on the pool since I knew other dogs swam in it, but it was SO CLEAN! I have been here twice so far and am going to try to make this a weekly thing! I cannot say enough good things about this patch of paradise.

Lynn was so kind to meet us outside when we arrived. She left food along the fence line for extra enrichment, plenty of toys, water and chairs to watch the dogs have a blast! The yard was spotless and the fence line seemed very secure. We're so excited to come back. Thanks so much for opening up your beautiful yard to the public!

We are from out of state and were camping with family and my dog needed some dog time with the ability to run free so I found this spot on the app. No words could explain this place accurately. It is simply amazing and just beautiful and not to mention extremely clean and neat! My dog had a blast sniffing and using the toys and agility equipment and we also added on the trail hike and he was tuckered out and so happy after! I wish I lived nearby because I would be here weekly and would pay 50 to use this space. Thank you so much Lynn for sharing your space…..it is gorgeous for humans to enjoy and perfect and packed with fun for the pups!

Our Golden had a blast on all the agility equipment, fetching balls, and lying in the shade of the trees. Nice spots for the humans to rest in the shade, too. Everything was in perfect condition, clean, and fresh water was nice and cool. Thank you! We will be back soon!
