We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! We have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we will be removing the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Bottled water, balls, snacks for people, paper towel and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max.

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. Guests may opt for good clean ball playing and strolls around the short grassy knoll....Second option is to trek down into the wooded pasture to find trees,trails,wetlands,and hills. In Spring/ Summer,fresh water for cleaning up,along with fresh drinks and soft towels,kiddie pool and pup snacks!

A nice fenced in area for people that don't have a fenced in area. Nice quiet dead end road.

Conveniently located good size yard in Norwich. Minutes from highway and in a nice central location. Our dogs love this yard for running around and playing. (They will be kept inside while you are here unless you want your dog to have a play companion.) Never have any issues with dogs along our road. Very few distractions.

I have a dog agility training school and when we aren’t training, I have space for your dog to come play in a fully fenced arena. Please check to see if agility arena is available before coming if you wish to use it. You can also walk your dogs on leash around the farm to see the animals. I also abut a nature preserve that is private although not fenced. There’s a 10 minute poop loop walk
