We have a barn for indoor training, lots of toys, chuck-it station...as well as 2 grassy acres of running space for your pups! We've begun clearing trails through the small wooded area in the back of the property, feel free to let your pups roam through the trails. It is completely fenced. We have reactive dogs ourselves so we understand those that need a PRIVATE space to exercise their dogs. Our 3 dogs will be inside during your playtime.

11/17/2024 - Due to the colder weather, we've enabled reservations in half-hour increments. Come rain or shine, and play or train, in or out. We have covered parking for you, 800 square feet of covered, protected, and padded play area in our pole barn, and 1200 square feet (0.3 acres) of fully fenced and shaded outdoor play connected to the barn. The SniffSpot is very private and removed from the house. All areas have lights so you can safely play late afternoons during the winter. Our secluded property is at the end of the road, yet close to town and just off the freeway. We provide toys for you to use while here, for large and small dogs, and for dogs with disabilities. Be sure to check out our Extras (all free). The SniffSpot gate is from the original Seattle Humane Society facility.

Poop happens typically w/in first 10 mins; bags can be disposed in trash. Hose water available by front door, back patio, and chicken coop area. All areas are fair game once you are inside the gate. Once a stop on the Gig Harbor Garden Tour, this property boasts a variety of terrain to keep your pup(s) busy for hours. We are at the end of a private lane, and the back of the property abuts to 50 acres of DNR. Sightings of cattle, wild peacocks, deer, raccoons and grouse are common. Make yourself (and family) at home around the fire pit, small orchard, tree house, trampoline, flagstone paths and trails. Good shoes highly recommended. NOTE: Sniffspot is promoting their “Sniffpass”, and they have the box automatically checked to “Opt in” when you make a booking. This is out of my control. I do not want my guests to feel Sniffpass is necessary to book my spot. This was our first visit to a sniffspot and it's was absolutely perfect! Clean, private, peaceful setting with both indoor and outdoor play areas. The pups absolutely loved exploring the smells and chasing leaves and playing with the great variety of toys the hosts leave. There was also fresh water, towels for the paws and other essentials (hand sanitizer and doodoo bags) in case you forgot your own. It was the perfect outing for my pups especially my reactive girl. Total privacy and complete enclosure so I knew she could run and be happy without distractions or triggers. Absolutely will be back as a regular to this fun little piece of doggie heaven!

The hosts are just so amazing here. We came mid day on the Fourth to get some extra energy out before the scary boom booms started. Upon entering we saw the entire driveway flanked with American flags, the barn was decked out in festive fare inside and out. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful touch to an already magical place! The pups wore themselves out and really enjoyed the fresh water that is always ready for them! Can't recommend this sniffspot and hosts enough!!!
