This spacious yard is perfect for pups who want to zoomie and play or dogs who just want to lay in the sun. There's plenty of room to run and lots of plants and flowers to explore. There may even be a squirrel or two to chase! There are several chairs for owners to relax in, as well as a patio table. In the winter, we do cover our patio furniture. Guests can use the driveway, and a garbage can is available in the front of the house. The fence has a separate gate for entry, so you have a private way to get into the yard. We have a hose available for dog drinking water (we shut the water off at the end of Ocotber so the lines dpnt freeze), and there's ample shade, as well as sun. At night, the patio is lit. There's also a small decorative pond near the patio. Like many homes in Port Washington, we have walnut trees. We do our best to pick them up in the fall when they drop, but the yard will likely have them as we hit autumn. As someone with a reactive dog, I know how important it is for dogs to have their private playtime. I can't wait for your pup to visit and enjoy their off-leash time!

Fully fenced backyard with a few trees along the fence line for sniffing. Quiet neighborhood, usually has plenty of street parking, but during visit driveway could be used. WiFi available for guests, kiddie/doggie pool for drinking or play. As reactive dog owners we understand the pain of finding exercise space for our dog without having to worry about their triggers. We want to help other dog parents keep their dog active and healthy while avoiding triggers!

Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. However, we fully support any dogs in our yard and welcome you regardless of your political views.

A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; securely fenced. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. As a Thank you for choosing to visit Magnus & Peppers Sanctuary 🐾 there is a table on the deck with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. There is also a refilling dog water bowl cleaned between uses. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. Manual ball launcher provided, a kiddy pool and a hose for when your pup needs to cool off (weather permitting). Rhode is my guy. He’s a five year old pitbull rescue but unfortunately he isn’t the friendliest boy to every dog so we are always looking for some private areas for him to play. Our yard is completely safe and no worries about your pup getting out of the yard a 6 foot fence fully enclosed around yard. We have a deck to enjoy with chairs and a patio umbrellas for shade. I have a kiddie pool and/or nerf ball launcher if requested. We hope you and your pup enjoy your time here.

My Sniffspot is just south of I-94 and across from Lower Nemahbin Lake access. You will see a foster care sign at the end of the driveway. The address is 1635 North Sawyer Road. It is well-marked. We do have beehives (located near the barn), fenced ducks & chickens (not visible from the field), and barn cats that wander the area. One rooster free ranges but he and none of the other animals will approach you or your dogs. You may also see deer or wild turkeys. Because we want all of these animals, including your dogs to be safe, please keep dogs on leash when outside the field and be in control of them at all times. The private dog park has 3 agility jumps, 1 short tunnel, and miniature weave poles. Feel free to adjust any of the jumps to fit your dog(s)' jump height. You can also create your own agility course! The park provides a cot, three chairs, some toys, and 2 throwing sticks. The Toys are located on top of a purple bin and there are more toys inside of the bin you can take out! A hose/sprinkler is provided in the summer! More agility equipment will be added in the spring/summer. There is plenty of space to let your furry friend run free! Please note: I am a high school student and my parents are letting me maintain the Sniffspot to earn money. Therefore, I may not be able to respond to messages right away if I am in class, but I will try my best!

Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer primarily range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided at least once a day with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. -We ask that you place used toys in the used toy bin after use. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash once a day. -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours

Small but large yard for the neighborhood! 6 foot privacy fence that may look rinky dink but has been reinforced throughout the years. It safely holds my extremely strong husky mix (Sawyer) and his pudgier escape artist brother (Huckleberry.) If requested Huckleberry can come outside to play. Sawyer will be kenneled and in the (finished) basement during any visit as he is an obnoxious barker. Part of the property has a makeshift aquatic turtle and tortoise enclosure that you are welcome to open and let your dog sniff around. For some reason dogs go crazy over the lingering turtle vibes. Lots to smell apparently.

The fence is partially chain link and partially wire pulled between wood posts. The terrain is a mix of grass and wooded areas with small walking paths through the woods. Swing set available for kids to use, at your own risk and under your supervision, while their pet runs around, however; the trampoline is strictly off-limits. Check out our extras that you may add, including premium dog treats from Mountain Dog Cookie Co, a kiddie pool for your dog in the summer months, additional unfenced space for your dog to explore their primal instincts (perfect for sporting dogs!), and even some human treats! Canine Respiratory Illness, what are we doing about it? We've taken a few extra precautions to keep our dogs & visitors safe. In our welcome basket, you'll find disposable bowls that you may use the hose next to the back door to fill up for your pup! Please dispose of your bowl in the garbage can next to the welcome basket. Additionally, toys in the basket will also be wiped down at least once per day with a pet-safe disinfectant. **The host is not responsible for any harm caused to you, your children, or your pets while using the swing set.**

There is a sprinkler attachment for the hose if pet likes play with water. Dog leash/line hook stringing from tree and pool if wanted to leave dog outside. Metal Trash can for Poop Yard was sprayed for all bugs and Dogs treated for all pests. ENJOY THE YARD!!!
