This is a beautiful, quiet spot! Humans (and pups!) can spend time on the outdoor couch or roaming safely around the yard! This yard is perfect for both humans and dogs. We have lighting available for nighttime swimming, pickleball and basketball!

Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practice, you will love this real, grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting if you want to come at night. We only allow dogs that have been fully vaccinated, please. *Self-serve dog photo area, pet marketplace (where all items are only $6) -and our new indoor, dog wash station ($12 extra) are all available here! -all scheduling over an hour must contact us beforehand.

We have a half-acre of land in which your dog can roam. There are many trees they can walk and sniff under to keep shady. There's a nice long stretch of open yard so you can throw a ball. The pool is big but not very deep - swimmers rejoice in the summer! The pool is not fenced for those fearful of their dogs around water. Looking for a few nice respectful owners and dogs.

Little slice of paradise for the pups! Hopefully this will be a nice relaxed area for your pup to come and play and not have to be stressed. They will have lots of smells to explore in the backyard since I have three dogs of my own. I did have to get rid of the splash pad, it just got super annoying cleaning it from bird poo! I am also having Poodini come every Friday morning to clean and sanitize the yard(that’s why there are time blocks). But I really love the idea of getting the turf sanitized weekly! Or perhaps you just want to “paws” and relax in the shade. If so, then Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for you....and your awesome human, too! Shaggy’s Shack in Tempe has lots of grass for running, chasing balls, and doing the zoomies! It’s fully enclosed with a 5 to 6-foot block wall and more than 25 trees and bushes to explore. You can play fetch with tons of toys and there’s a designated digging spot, too. Or maybe you just want to cool off in a diving pool that’s professionally cleaned every Wednesday–even during Tempe’s cold months. Oh, and Shaggy’s Shack also has features shaded chairs for your human to relax as they watch you explore, play fetch, swim, and have a pawsitively good time. Shaggy’s Shack’s residents (and their humans) will be home but out of sight. The entire lot is just shy of a half-acre, and it’s conveniently located in Tempe. Many dogs live in the area, they may bark in greeting when they hear you. We offer many pawsome amenities at Shaggy’s Shack, including bags and a trash can for your nature calls and a disposable water dish with lots of fresh water (and water for your human, too). Clean towels for drying off after you’ve doggie-paddled in the pool are also provided. Of course, use of the pool is at your and your human’s own risk. The pool is chlorinated and not heated in the winter months. Your human may use the pool to get a closer look at your pawsome doggie paddling technique. While we provide towels for you, we ask that your human brings their own towels. There is no fence or gate around the pool, and we strongly encourage you to bring your own doggie life vest if you do decide to get your paws wet. Discounts are available for multiple dogs. Visit times can be extended if there is availability. Respecting Sniffspot’s 30-minute transition time between visit times is very important. So that no one gets hurt or gets into something that could be dangerous, glass, alcohol and smoking are prohibited. All pups need to be up-to-date on all vaccinations to keep our resident and visiting doggos healthy. Since Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for dogs, please be mindful of your doggie to human ratio; kids are welcome but must be 100% supervised, especially around the ungated, unfenced pool. Our goal is to make your time at Shaggy’s Shack loads of fun for you and your human so you’ll come back again and again. Not your perfect yard, digging and construction going on, equipment may or may not be out. If you’re looking for the perfect yard for you this IS NOT the place for you. If you’re looking for a place for your dog then we MIGHT have the backyard for them. Ok, now that we have that out of the way if you still feel froggy in visiting our backyard you are more than welcome. BUT please keep in mind we are still doing renovations and making our backyard more presentable not only for us but for you, our guests. If you can’t stand the unsightly look of dirt and rock with wood stacked away, tractors parked on the side, open sheds and maybe coming across some dog poop then this place really may not be for you. We do try our best to clean up but hey, sometimes we miss. I feel like this has to be said. IF YOU’RE NOT READING THIS DESCRIPTION AND ARE STILL UPSET WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEN THIS IS NOT THE YARD FOR YOU. We are happy to share our space with you but we are still working on making it look better. The Description: 1 acre lot with large yard and pool for swimming. Light Construction is still going on but I’m mostly done and will be inside. Come visit and please don’t expect a perfect looking yard. Also please DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of space to park alongside our front yard. **Important: if your dog does go swimming and you decide to take the pool hose out PLEASE RETURN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you don’t it will burn up the pool pump. Please try and keep them from biting the hose. **Small dogs like chihuahuas may be able to escape through the fence. Please look at pictures in the listing. **We do have chickens but they are in a large cage with pallets blocking the view of them. Please message us if they are too much of distraction for you doggo. **We are currently working on installing new grass by the pool so it’ll be a mess for a bit.

Welcome to our delightful sniff spot in Scottsdale! This spacious grassy area is perfect for dogs to run and play freely. Enjoy the shaded comfort of our covered gazebo and patio, ideal for relaxing while your furry friend explores. On warm days, take a dip in the available pool to cool off and unwind. Whether you’re looking for a casual hangout or an active play session, this spot offers a relaxing and fun environment for both dogs and their owners.

Large and fully fenced area that comfortably accommodates our greyhound’s needs, as well as our chihuahua’s needs. There is a large grassy area and also a tennis court area that works great for smoothing out dog’s nails. There are areas covered in small rocks, too. Since there are various terrains and it does get hot in the desert, we have dog boots (that are very breathable) and available to borrow, as well as dog visors. We have small, medium, and large boots to protect the paws. Also, personal sunscreen packets are provided for our guest owners. There are many seating arrangements, tables available, sun umbrellas, a water feature, and many areas with natural shade provided. There is one area in particular that makes one think that they are not in the desert, but rather in another part of Arizona that provides shade from pine trees. There are three enclosures that are visible and house two pygmy goats (joey and chandler) and a chicken coop with three chickens. You might see a rabbit or squirrel on occasion. Sometimes, the tortoise will emerge from his enclosure to greet you. There are fruit trees on the premises if you’d like to take a lemon when in season. There is also a hose to use if needed. (You will want to run the water for a bit since the hose gets very heated in the summer months). Parking is conveniently located near the gated entry. There will also be bags available if your dog relieves itself. We are sure our property will provide a peaceful retreat to enjoy with your canine friend.

Fully fenced, private property with a secure, private entrance. Part of the old Mesa Groves with many mature citrus trees which will provide shade at any time of the day. Visitors will have access to a patio with a table and chairs. A sprinkler can be provided for those hot days…💦
