55Great yard! Very spacious and I liked the privacy fence. It’s very close to the airport, so my reactive dog did bark a lot at the airplanes that went by, but it helped him get even more energy out so I was happy with it. We were also able to book very last minute which was appreciated. We will be back!Madison P.

55My dog had a great time. There is a lot of activity going on around the house, with a Target and apartment buildings nearby, but I only heard dogs barking a couple times while we were there. The lot is pretty big and provides plenty of space to run around and sniff. Lots of shade from trees. Seating accommodations for the humans :)Emily P.

55Easy to find and access. Had toys, balls and even a little pool. Our dog rarely gets off leash since we live in the city and he’s still a puppy and learning how to socialize properly. He had the best time running free around the yard. Will definitely book again! Adina J.

FAQ about our Richfield dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Richfield area are 5 stars.
