55Still the best place to take your puppies!! It was very muddy around the creek area when I was there on the weekend, so our white/black dogs left the place as pure black lol
But they had a blast and so did we! Will definitely be back many times no matter the weather!Jamie D.

55Super great place!! Payne bring something to sit on by the creek, there’s a few prickle bushes. Also it’s muddy so take advantage of the hose! Above and beyond for the amenities and the creek water made our dogs very soft. Brigit A.

55Little creek private park was my pups first off leash experience. I can’t describe how happy they were running free and jumping in and over the creek! The park has everything you may have forgotten… water bowl, chairs for you, picnic table area including a pool for the dogs and a stick library! We will be returning customers for sure!Tammy M.

55We have been to Little Creek a few times now and we absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful drive from calgary, and the place is beautiful with a TON of open space to run. Our pup is high energy so this is perfect for him to roam + tire him out. Highly recommend!! Good rates as well!Brittany K.

55My dog had what may have been the best time of his life here: long grass and water give him the zooms, so he was at Level 11 for our whole visit. Thank you for the clean, well-appointed, and safe space for reactive dogs!Karol C.

55My puppy and I have been put to little creek a couple times now and can honestly say it's THE best sniffspot we have visited. Some recommendations for visitors: bring an umbrella if it's hot, wear boots as their are some mucky areas and enjoy! It's a good retreat with a lot to offer. Lindsay K.

55Lovely spot with gorgeous views and plenty of space for my dog to roam! She loved playing in the creek and smelling all the smells. Thoughtful touches with the benches for seating, bridges over the creek, wading pool, and water hose. I definitely had to spray my dog down after her muddy romp in the creek. The fencing felt very secure and it was a great experience for both my dog and me! We will be back! Kimberly D.

55Perfect! Quiet, tranquil countryside escape for our dogs. Would be just the right size property for bigger dogs to run around without getting too far out of sight. Was great for small dogs too Nice for our two older rescue dogs who are not offleash park friendly - easily scared and reactive (to put it mildly) to other dogs and unknown people. Dogs smiling all the way home. We will likely be back! Bob R.

55Had a great visit this evening with 2 dogs! They were in and out of the creek, up and down the hill, running through the bushes. A good time was had by all, human and canine!Karen M.

55Nice spot for the dog to play in. He got to go full speed, play in the water, roll in the long grass, bushes and just be a dog. It was clean and we felt secure. Will look to book a time again. Bruce S.

FAQ about our Rocky View County dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 94% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Rocky View County area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 45 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 2 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
