Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Private Pond Pooch Paradise

Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

We had a great time today! My dog is reactive and not at 100% recall, but stays close. So this was the perfect chance for him to get to be off leash and do his favorite activity — exploring trails — while practicing recall. Will definitely be back! This property is amazing!! We did not go near the animals and my dog had no idea they were there. A chicken or something made one sound while we were in the woods where we spent all of our time. It caught my dogs attention but he has a good recall and didn’t care about it. He’s not a water dog so he didn’t bother with the pond. We spent all of our time in the wooded area. It was my dog’s first time being off leash in such a large area. I learned that he checks in with me quite a bit and doesn’t go too far and he has an awesome recall. It was lovely. We had a great time! I took more videos than I did photos. I will say to be mindful of time and pay attention to how long it will take you to get back to your car. We exited the driveway with 3 minutes to spare but we had to hoof it back quickly!! We will definitely be back!

Was exactly what we were looking for. Safely fenced in, with a lake if she wanted to cool off. All the smells she could get in. I know she loved it. We will be bringing out the rest of the dogs after this test today passed with flying colors. Perfect for recall practice. Walking trail for normal path walking and wooded wild areas if feeling more extreme. Love the diversity. I think I peeked an agility course! Clean land and pet areas spread out, made things feel organized and easy. We will be making this a life spot for our bullys.

We had SUCH a great time at Rolling Wild Acres! The instructions and communication from the host were very clear and we felt super welcomed! There was plenty of space to walk by the farm animals, so we had no interactions with them, and unleashed our dogs past that area. We spent an hour and a half exploring the paths and checking out the lake and I'm not sure I've seen my dogs happier! The property/fence was secure, and the trails were so fun to walk! 10/10, would love to come back!

My gps lead us astray but after checking the message from the host, we quickly found exactly where to go. And it was so worth it!!! The place was perfect!! The host has thought of everything!
