Feel free to reach out via text 603-401-3164 with any questions or concerns. Helpful Info: - Amenities that say "Upon Request" are free to use but I don't like to leave them out all of the time. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. The Pooch Playground

From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. Definitely by far my favorite sniffspot! My 2 dogs are dachshunds and are considered scent dogs and loved trying the scent work, weren’t good at it but it was cool to see them try!! I don’t think i’ve ever seen my littlest Fern get the zoomies as many times as she did here!

There were tons for our girl to do, she was particularly fond of running off into the woods and attempting to chew any/all sticks. The non-woody area is a bit smaller than we expected, but I believe that’s due to the pool and the current gates set up for their grass to grow, which is completely understandable. Amazing sniffspot! My boyfriend and I brought our dogs here to get them to socialize, and they loved it. They have very different interests and both of them were adequately stimulated and happy. My dog loves to run and zoom through forested areas, and his dog loves toys and rolling around grass. This yard had both! All of the toys that any type of dog could want, and a lovely patch of forest filled with good smells. Recommend 100%

My dogs had a blast! There’s open grass area and also a wooded area so that variation makes it fun. My dogs are small (under 20lbs) and they were safe and secure. I felt comfortable letting them roam away from me because any holes or crevices are completely covered with wire fencing. This home owner goes above and beyond with making the space secure and fun!

First time visiting this spot, both my pup and I loved it! Good combination of manicured lawn and woods. My pup tried a couple of the agility equipment but his favorite by far was the wooded area. Nicely cleared wide paths and piles of leaves off path in the wooded section. Unexpected but terrific feature was the privacy tarp which ran along the back side sections, this really helped my anxious shy pup be at ease. Terrific afternoon!

My dogs really enjoyed this SniffSpot! They have a really nice setup with some agility equipment, a wooded area with paths and it was super clean which I always really appreciate! My standard poodle has no self preservation and he will find a turd and run it over 10 times before I see it and there is nothing worse than having to put your dog back into your vehicle with poopy paws. I give this spot a 10 out of 10!

This was our first Sniffspot experience after lurking for a while and it was wonderful! Both dogs had the best time on their play date flying around the yard, checking out all the toys (there is a ton!), and sniffing in the back forested area. My stranger reactive girl didn’t have anything interesting to bark at and stayed busy the whole time. The half hour flew by - we would’ve stayed longer if it weren’t so cold out. We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Treat all park equipment with respect and care.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot agility park at the same time as me?

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
