Great open space for play with a little visibility of other dogs, people, and bikes going by on the bike path and sound of trains and plane - great for mid-level distractions practice. Tree in space provides nice shade. Chicken coop in play area with double fencing - just in case certain dogs can't handle that, but the chickens are safe from the dogs, just visible and audible.

Easy access with the side gate right into the yard. Beautiful big yard for my boy to run around. Robert already had toys and a bucket of fresh water in the yard ready to go when we got there. He came out and introduced himself a little bit after we got there and talked for a little while but mainly let us be. My pup had a wonderful time and I’ll definitely take advantage of this Sniffspot again when I’m in the area.

Lovely fenced in spot with a little basket of toys, plenty of room for our big goofy shepherd to run around and even a dock for swimming! We didn't have time to get the pup swimming but if we're ever passing through again we will be back! Highly recommend. 🥰

I live nearby but don’t have a big yard. My friend brought her 2 dogs to play with mine. It’s so spacious and clean. The boys had so much fun playing ball and running around. Just what they needed after being cooped up for a few days. Robert was such a gracious host. He had water ready for the dogs and the humans. We will be back soon and often!

Our visit was absolutely fantastic! The Tollers loved the swimming! The other two loved the high grass. The site it’s self was so awesome, far greater than expected! We can’t wait to go back! The host was very easy to to make arrangements with too!

Gorgeous property, well maintained and lots of space for the dogs to run and swim! The dock provided spots to launch off of as well as stairs for easy access back to shore or for new to the water pups! Highly recommend if you’re passing through or local to Sandpoint!

Amazing little spot! Directions were clear on the description to get there. Rob was so nice when greeting us shortly to show us where to park and get in. The water was easy for our 1 year old German shepherd to get in and out as he gets used to the water and good amount of room to chase his ball!

A beautiful space! I had some trouble finding it because there was a road closed sign that I could go around. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will absolutely be back to try out the water!

It’s a great spot to let ur dogs get there energy out! I really recommend if you don’t have a yard and are just trying to get ur dogs exercise! There’s also water access for the swimmers ! Also drinking water for the dogs & toys, it’s great.

Awesome experience! There is a great wide open area for playing and a beautiful waterfront area for exploring. My dog loved it, and went home happy and tired. The hosts are super helpful and kind as well. I will definitely be back.

There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
