Stop! Please read everything below! It is very important info. maximum of 4 dogs and 2 adult handlers ONLY. No children allowed at any time!!!! Humans must pay an extra $5 per person charge to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. Please read everything carefully to make sure this is a good match for you and your dog. This is 100% a non smoking property. Do not smoke anything while at my property. The pool vacuum hose is always in the pool and my dogs just swim over it. If this will be an issue for you or your dogs, please don’t book. Enjoy!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Right now, our 5 acres is fully fenced in with two artesian well made ponds and about 2 acres uncleared in the back of the property. Your dogs are free to play and run where they’d like! Best for dogs who love to play, roam and run but don’t run away from their owners too far! We plan on adding a smaller fenced in option that will have pond access, a bench, toys, tunnels, etc for dogs to play in eventually! On our property you have access to chairs and side table to use as well as dog toys, poop bags, a trash can for waste, water bowls, dog cleansing wipes and running hose water! 💦

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

1. All participants using the off-leash dog park are required to submit the proper registration forms and provide documentation of current vaccination records for all dogs prior to entry into the facility. 2. All dogs must display current license and vaccination tags. 3. Users of this facility do so at their own risk. Dog behavior can be unpredictable around other dogs & strangers. 4. Dog owners and handlers are strictly liable for any damage or injury caused by their dog(s). 5. Dog handlers must be 16 years of age or older. Children under 16 are not allowed in the park unless accompanied by an adult. 6. All dogs must remain leashed until they are within the designated, fenced area. There are people at the park who are not using the dog park, please be courteous. 7. Dogs must not be left unattended, & must be in view and under the voice command of their owner at all times. 8. ***Dog handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs*** 9. Dogs in heat and puppies under four months of age are not permitted in the park. 10. Dogs that fight or exhibit aggressive behavior must be immediately removed from the park by their owner. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated (Including humans!) 11. No more than three dogs per handler are allowed at one time. 12. No large dogs are permitted to enter the small dog area (25lbs or more). 13. No smoking, food or alcohol is allowed within the park. 14. Fill in any holes your dog may dig or make appropriate repairs to disturbed areas.

A handler must be physically capable of controlling the dog. All handlers are required to remain inside the gates and be in view or voice contact with their dog at all times. Limit two dogs per handler per visit. Dogs in heat and puppies under four months of age are prohibited. It is recommended that all dogs using the park be spayed or neutered. Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving the gated areas. o Handlers must carry a leash at all times. o The leash must be sufficient strength to control the dog and not exceed six feet in length. Handlers must clean up after their pets. (Brevard County Animal Enforcement Code Section 14-59) Food, alcohol, strollers and bicycles are not allowed inside the park. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. o It is recommended that small children not be brought into the off-leash area. o Children are not permitted to run with or chase after dogs. Aggressive dogs are prohibited from the park. o Dogs exhibiting rough, aggressive or dangerous behavior must be removed immediately. City of Rockledge staff have the authority to close the site for maintenance, weather-related issues and special events. An infraction of any of these rules may result in temporary or permanent loss of park privileges
