(**Please Note:** Access to most of the property requires crossing a creek. If it has recently rained, water levels may prevent access to certain areas. The last photo in the listing shows the section of the property that remains accessible when the creek is too high. Also, the property requires high maintenance due to its size. My self or my worker might be one the property activity doing landscaping or setting up for an event. You can massage me beforehand to find out if you will get the whole property to yourself. 🐾Hi!🐾 My names Nelly🤗, me and my family have been around animals especially dogs all of our lives and currently do Rover for all your pups needs. We have a huge backyard where your pups can have fun, get their zoomies out, play, or just soaking up the sun. We want them to feel right at home in their own backyard. The safety of your pups is our top priority.

Fully fenced 1/2 acre yard with lots of maintained grass, tress and bushes; including a swimming pool. Additional 3 acres, non-fenced with pond and area to run free. Plenty of parking.

Property is at the end of a mile long chip and seal driveway. Pasture is enclosed by vineyards. There are also other areas around the property to walk and explore. Please confirm gate code receipt after booking.

Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

2 acres of pasture, huge open area to play fetch, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry and the spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. We mow oftern but given our rural location, foxtails and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us.
