We have a .5 acre yard is fenced in and is accessed from the driveway. You have free range of the large main yard that has grass, mature trees, carport and driveway for you to use. There are no pets at our house and the only distraction you may find is that there is a car detailing business across the street from us. They are very kind and respectful and have never bothered us with noise so they shouldnt be an issue. If coming to use the yard you are welcome to park your car all the way up in the driveway and shut the fence for you and your dog(s). Street parking is fine as well though! (I can place my car on the street so that you have better use of the carport if you wish) There is a hose on the side of the house for you to use as well as a kiddie pool for your pet. Please be kind and shut off the water once you are finished. Any mess your pet may leave, please bag and throw into our trash barrel that is by the side of the house. There is also a much smaller fenced in area to the right of the house that can be accessed from the front or back of yard and depending on time of day can can provide some shade from the house. My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in. •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard.

If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. One of the best things about our place is that dogs enjoy running around and playing to their are never out of sight. So you can have a stress free time. Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. We have a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pools, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies to meet. We have lots of spaces for humans to enjoy too; ie firepit ara with lots of seating, a couple picnic tables and various other seating for conversation and gathering.
