Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Perfect for reactive dogs to have a safe and secluded area to roam around. Tons of open space and shade for the summer days or a a nice walk during the chilly fall/winter season. Take a seat and enjoy our resting fire pit area with shade and a water bowl is provided for your pets ( They will be tired out after all the roaming!) Toys and dog poop bags are included. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Although I couldn't have that experience with my Scooby, I hope you have a peaceful and playful time as you visit Scooby's Dog Park.

No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. *Along the fenceline closest to the driveway, there is a fair amount of sweetgum balls - the sticky/prickly ones. Caution there w/ pups' paws! Rest of the yard is clean. There is a wooden Rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Pls put back! There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up.
