It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. Almost Two Acres across from Redan Park, honestly a lot of people shy away from dogs at that park. I welcome any dog as long as you are in control of it and it's not a nuisance. I used to Manage the kennel at Atlanta's largest shelter so I am very comfortable with any dog. The property has 2 fenced areas. One including my home that is available as long as my dogs are inside (which is often) and the driveway is another fenced entity (gate can be closed at street). Both areas are fully fenced and available.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
