Very nice, welcoming host! It’s a nice place, the grass was a bit dry and yellow in the summer (June) but that is to be expected. Only thing was that the neighbor had chickens, that escaped through the fence. I was very relieved that my dog did not seem to care but I definitely had a moment of panic that my dog would chase. She has never been around farm animals and I didn’t know what to expect. Overall a good place, could be a bit more cleaner, greener, clear trash/bin for poop and to make sure that the dog is separate from all other farm animals.

Due to rainy weather, we weren’t able to enjoy the visit as planned. However, we did check out the yard which was well maintained, fully enclosed and spacious enough for our small dog to run around in. The host was a timely communicator and couldn’t have been more gracious. She refunded us and we’re looking forward to a sunnier visit!

Stokely is a great host, very kind and responds fast. The sniff spot itself is beautiful, quiet, clean, and just very peaceful. Easy to access, just be careful walking down the street because people drive fast and there’s no sidewalk. My puppy enjoyed sniffing around, running, and laying on the cool grass. Highly recommend you check this spot out! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us who don’t have a yard for our pets. We had a wonderful time!

Nice spot, will plan on returning. There’s no seating in the lower area so I recommend bringing a folding chair if you’d like to sit. There was also no waste bin so plan to dispose accordingly.

Perfect space for my little dog to run and play (ball is life). The property is absolutely stunning and the yard is clean and designed beautifully. There were two comfortable chairs available when we visited, along with poop bags and a waste bin. We came after dark and used our phone flashlight to navigate the steep stone stairs leading down into the yard. Dimly lit and only in the grassy area, but we felt perfectly safe. There is NOT a steep drop off as another review claimed. All in all, we loved this Sniffspot and can’t wait to be back. Rosie was so happy she didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much for making this available to us.

Accessing the yard was extremely easy. It is pretty spacious and clean. The yard gave our pooch plenty of room to roam, run, and play. The neighborhood and surrounding area is extremely quiet & have our reactive dog peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this space to other dog owners

Really great private yard that is very quiet. You don't hear other dogs or noises so it was perfect for my dog to run around without getting distracted.

This is my first time at this amazing place, they care so much and put a lot into this backyard. The double gates not only provide security but privacy as well. They left snacks for both humans and dogs, and gift also for all the puppies,drinks, plenty of seating in the shade or the sun, toys, and they also warmed the pool in case any dogs deep in, wish happened with two old dogs that were blind 😞, I have to thank you very much for that Rachel, I also needed towels and she immediately provided. Loved that there was some music playing. It's very quiet, private, and I'm sure great for get togethers any time, specially summer time . All my guests were very impressed and happy we had a blast time. We will be back! Thank You again Rachel ..

Great pool! My dog was easily able to get in and out of the pool. Clean backyard with plenty of seating. Toys available but we brought our own.

Awesome spot! Plenty of room to run around and play. Very clean :)) only thing is that there’s outdoor dogs in neighbors backyard who bark up a storm. Not an issue of the host of course. Just thought I should let people know in case someone’s dog is highly reactive to barking dogs.

It is a lovely yard with areas of grass, rock, and dirt as well as the pool Open enough to play frisbee or ball And lots of places to sniff! My dogs really enjoyed it!
