This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard). **This spot is not a business to make money for profit. All proceeds are considered donations for upkeep of the dog run, lawn maintenance, dog toys, etc.** Entrance has a latch with a combination lock (see photos for clarification). Please make sure the gate is CLOSED and LATCHED at all times. This is a residential neighborhood, so you will likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the spot with you. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot. This is a self-regulated private dog run similar to a dog park. There is no water on-site. However, bowls, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and other items will be left on-site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). Feel free to add donations to the toy bin and leave larger donation items next to the bin. Please refrain from taking items offsite as these items are intended for the dog spot. A pet waste station is available with poop bags, a “used” poop bag receptacle, and a trash bin. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. The sand pit area located in the back is for digging. Patio umbrella can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and secured with the strap at the end of your visit. There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party, dog foster bash, or another large dog meetup event, please contact us before booking. This spot is the perfect location for dog meetups and is steps away from Starbucks. Please note: This spot is for dogs to enjoy! This run is not a playground for kids/adults. All toys, obstacles, and agility equipment are for the dogs. Humans should not be climbing on the equipment or misusing the toys. Toys, tennis balls, and equipment must remain in the spot. If we see this type of behavior or rules not being followed, you will be banned from future reservations. Please remember this is mostly a self-regulated dog run. You must clean up after your dog. We understand that sometimes poop gets missed, and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt that it is not done intentionally. We want all visitors to have a great experience, so please try to take care of the spot as if it were your own.

Welcome to my private oasis right in the heart of Princeton heights. My name is Brooks and my owner, Mattison, said we had to share our yard for dogs that struggle like I do. We have room to run, smells to sniff, and toys to play with. I am a reactive pup but I live a good life so I wanted to share my space with dogs who also need time to unwind and break from stress. My human says that we can provide toys, sunscreen, water, bathroom (upon very special request) and will even let you utilize the garage if she has ample notice of you renting our space. Fully fenced yard with 6ft vinyl fence on 3 sides of the yard - 1 section of fence is 3ft chain link. Yard is level with shade from one large maple tree. Porch area offers table with cushioned chairs, and bar top/metal bar stools. Moblie cloth hammock in yard availble on request when not out. Free Wifi availble for working while watching your pup play. The poop scoop is located in the corner of the yard near the gate and the green trash can at the front of the driveway is for waste. This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard) however there is a neighbor next to the property with a driveway in between. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a residential neighborhood; you will most likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the park with you. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag bucket, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please (currently the sun sail is not being used per the city requests). Patio umbrellas can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and use the secure strap at the end of your visit (please use common sense and do not put the umbrellas up if it’s super windy). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party or larger social meetup, please contact us before booking. We live in a quiet neighborhood in St Ann. We have two driveways so the one pictured will be private for you and has access immediately to the back yard. There is a covered carport with some seating, and lots of grass to explore! It is often very shaded due to our two large sugar maples in the back. We will make sure our dog is upstairs where he can’t see you guys during the booking, so you won’t get barked at.

Please note *if you book your reservation after midnight and it’s for any time between 3am-9am the same day, there’s a possibility I won’t see it in time to prepare. This means there might be a couple of “unclean” spots in the yard from my dogs being let out the night before. *Extras are available for an extra charge. Fully fenced semi private back yard in the middle of Belleville. Easiest access is from the alley way between N 40th and N41st st, and park along the white vinyl fencing. I am a dog lover currently without a dog. So someone’s pupper should take advantage of the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. Come over, let your furry baby run around and go home tuckered out. We have 1.25 acres near beautiful downtown, Kirkwood! We have an interior yard and a larger area outback with parking. There’s sheltered seating, water, bowl, dog, toys, and poop bags with accessible trashcan. We also have a pot towel hanging out. Please always let me know if you have any questions! We basically have 2 yards it seems most dogs appreciate the outer yard beyond the driveway the most!

Our backyard is a fenced-in 3 acre area where fur babies love to run! Pool area open May-October. Dogs allowed to take a dip with pet owner supervision. We do not rent our pool to humans---only if owner is in pool with their pet!! :)
