This was a fantastic spot! Clean with lots of shaded sitting options and space for my girl to get her energy out! I have a small dog and finding sniffspots with fences secure enough for her liquid body is a challenge, but this place was fantastic! I didn’t have to worry about her trying to escape while she explored!

Ethan’s yard was the perfect space for my dog to run around off-leash. Ethan was helpful and communicative ahead of my visit and I had no issues getting into the yard. It was a great spot!!

The yard has nice privacy fences and just enough space for running. The spot was very quiet with no distractions, which is important for my sensitive pup.

Great spot! Deck off the grass was nice to reduce bugs. Grass was well kept. We didn't hear or see any other dogs on the other side of the fence. Fence was tall and secure. Parking and getting in and put of the gates was easy.

Fence was plenty high, locks on inside ,you can occasionally see someone walk by in alley but my reactive dog didn’t pay any attention! :) Area was clean and quiet , just normal neighbors. Would recommend! :)

I enjoyed the different levels of concrete and combo of grass and pavement. Great place to provide some more socialization to different textures on their feet. Very calm quite area as well, perfect for more timid dogs. Host is very friendly and communicates quickly. Fencing was a great height and secured well. No complaints. Overall great experience.

We had a GREAT time with Bear. He loved the yard and it was fun to watch him prance around the space and roll in the grass. We live in a townhouse with no backyard and so it’s a delight to see the dog have fun and play. Thanks for sharing the space. We’ll be back.
