Welcome to our yard! We have lots of room for your pups to run around securely in a fully fenced in area. We also have areas for your toddlers or small children to play, and patio seating for you as well! We are dog lovers and have three of our own which will be kept indoors during your stay. This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Hello, pups! Come play in our big backyard! We have about an acre of land, and about half of that is in the back where you can hang out. There are three levels of yard, and the farthest back area is a big field perfect for running and playing. There is water, poop bags and a garbage can near the entrance gate. Here in our yard we have double gated entrance alley way which we call our dog run that leads to a fenced in yard with mesh tarp attached. We have a small dog pool that I can fill up[ upon request ] if your dog loves water.

This is a very pet friendly neighborhood. Please note that all my neighbors have dogs too. A chain link fence keeps them separate. You may or may not be there when their dogs are outside as well. Mine come into contact with them and they all bark it's normal. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and as well as their handlers. Feel free to sit down relax and enjoy yourself while you visit our room around to release that energy.

Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. Not a business - community service for disabled people trying to owner train their service dogs in training. Quiet fenced in yard in residential neighborhood. Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Let what annoys you become your guru to help you find peace even when facing adversity. My SniffSpot has been renamed in honor of my neighbor.

Tiny apartment? The dog run won't work for you? Visit one of the only Sniffspots in Manhattan to let your dog stretch his legs, do some zoomies, and help homeless pups in the process! We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

Quiet easy going place to enjoy your best friend

A backyard of a private house that has chain link fences and a very long driveway. Your dog will run and tire out so quickly. Make sure you close both gates and there will be no vehicle in the driveway for your visit, it is only in the pic to show the size. Your dog will love it. The concrete yard is best for dogs even though some also enjoy running on the deck. Owners can sit on the deck and toss the ball to their dogs. Your own private backyard doggie paradise. Enjoy!
