Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. Come let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Lots of grass, perimeter of the yard can be dug in as well as around the swing set. Fully fenced. There is a pool, but it's use is not permitted since there is no entry/exit access for your dog.

A backyard of a private house that has chain link fences and a very long driveway. Your dog will run and tire out so quickly. Make sure you close both gates and there will be no vehicle in the driveway for your visit, it is only in the pic to show the size. Your dog will love it. The concrete yard is best for dogs even though some also enjoy running on the deck. Owners can sit on the deck and toss the ball to their dogs. Your own private backyard doggie paradise. Enjoy!

We have kids and plenty of kids toys for them to play around and on also. There is an umbrella and chairs for the guests to sit on if they’d like. No other dogs or people/ kids will be around other than us stopping by to say hi and check in :).
