15 acres available on part of our farm. Peaceful & serene it is the perfect place for offleash zoomies & exploring. The place offers wide open spaces, gentle contour which keeps things interesting, a small creek that fills via tap & rain good for frolicking but not big enough for swimming, water troughs to dip in. A hose is available to clean your dog off after their adventure at the front of the stables (within your timeframe & dogs will need to be leashed), gated entry (park between 2 secure gates so your dog doesn't need to be leashed when getting in or out the car). Perimeter is fully deer fenced but interior fences do have some gaps - you will still need decent control of your dogs. This spot offers a true outdoor adventure type of walk. Please note there are other dogs on the property but if you stick to sniffspot areas you won't have an issue as they are at the front of the property. There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. Notes for guests to be aware of: The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. While there are no dogs residing on the property, please keep in mind that when you arrive at my spot you might hear my neighbour’s dogs who are quite fond of vocalising. Fortunately, they are about 50 meters away and only noticeable when you first arrive so they shouldn't pose any problems for you or your dogs.
