Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. While I usually require advance notice, if you message me, and I'm able to immediately respond, I may be able to accommodate last minute reservations. We’re located on 1.85 quiet country acres just minutes from 395 North and South. We have an acre of that property fully fenced in. We have open space with sparse trees and several places for the hoomans to sit. There is a large dirt “dig spot” and agility tires for walking on or going under! We have a small kiddie pool for swimmies and several bowls of drinking water. Larry the lobster is a whacky sprinkler that’s fun and refreshing to pups and hoomans!

Fully fences large yard . Dog pool and lounge area for you to relax while they play . I have two southern dogs who love their yard and we are happy to share it. My boys will stay inside while your dogs play. My dogs are unable to see the yard from house. Every cent I make from Sniffspot I donate to a rescue each month in the name of my dogs Siren who started the journey and Prada who is the reason I opened my Sniffspot. Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. I hope you enjoy this private time with your pet. Thanks for visiting us.

To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

We have added some new toys and water bowls by the hose, to the left of the property upon walking in. *Effective Tuesday October 18th 2024, we will be unable to provide water from the hose as our system is getting shut off for the winter. Thank you for understanding. With it getting darker out earlier, just a note that our yard is pretty dark and it is not well lit. Just to keep in mind for evening bookings!

My hooman mom Diane has a huge, fully fenced-in yard which Includes a variety of outdoor toys, a large water bowl and access to a hose and a refreshing dog pool during the summer. There's plenty to do to encourage outdoor fun, activity, and exercise. Pups can cool off in the pool or take a break in the mulch. The yard has excellent bird, squirrel, and bunny watching potential, while, your hoomans can relax on the shaded deck and yard.

Hello! We have a large yard available for you and your fur friends! We are the 1st larger sized spot in Warwick. You may park in front of the house and the entrance to the yard is to the right, through the white gate. We have had some damage to some areas of the fence, so we’ve sort of just covered those areas. There is a hose and electric outlet to charge your phone. I’m headed to get a new hammock! We have landscapers come on Thursday’s usually, so those times will be unavailable. Please pick up after your pup and thank you so much for choosing us!

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we will be removing the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Bottled water, balls, snacks for people, paper towel and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max.

Back yard with pool is all fully fenced! Front yard is open.

Fully fenced in yard with access right off the driveway. Enjoy the lake view while your dog runs around! Dog toys, pooper scooper, trash and water/bowls on site.
