I have 10 acres, 5 acres is set up for your dogs to run. Very comfortable and relaxing. My property is very peaceful I do have lots of animals here including other dogs. All are on the front 5 acres of my property and contained. I am happy to answer any questions. My property is fully fenced and gated. The spot is a thinned area of forest adjacent to the parking area. Large enough to play fetch or frisbee. Some obstacles, i.e. limbed trees on the ground, think jumping. It is on a hillside so you can be sure your dog will get a workout. Water is on site. For cleanliness issues we request you bring your own toys and bowls.

Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. We have visited this school, the children and families are such in need. Thank you for helping us make the world a better place, one reservation at a time!!!! Helping one person might not change the whole world, but it could change the world for one person. This is an off grid goat farm. It is steep and rocky in areas. There is a spring with fresh water down in the bottom. There are friendly goats and one friendly cow that likes to say hi. When walking around, please always be aware of your surroundings and watch for rattle snakes.

Fully fenced. Centrally located in Modesto. Lots of shade. Lawn and dirt and plants. Lots of room to run.
