About 4 of the acres is heavily wooded with very mature evergreens & maples. There is a very nice wide trail with lots of little ups & downs & obstacles. The trail is walkable in 5-10 depending on pace. The rest of the property is mostly native grass & weeds with some European grass that surrounds our house & shop in the middle of the property. No busy roads very peaceful & quiet.

Added an outhouse with hand sanitizer, covered seating area, privacy screen along fence to help with anyone walking dogs down the street or the neighbors concrete business. Mostly quiet neighborhood where you can feel safe to let your dog run and dig. Large playground tunnel equipment for your doggy to play in! Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. A portion of a small Alpaca farm for you and your best friend(s) to enjoy. Come and enjoy the new, large rain shelter. At the end of a dead end street. Second to last house on the left. Quiet and private except the rooster serenade. Please note that if you come more than 10 minutes early, you may have to wait. I always do a poop patrol just before any guest arrival. Please close gates behind you when you leave. I do usually have farm fresh eggs available. $5 to $7. Cash only. Lots of organic, low sugar, peach and plum jam from trees right here on the property. We are a search and rescue that deals with hard cases and know what its like to have dogs that can’t be around other dogs, animals or people. This spot is dedicated to those dogs in an effort to help keep them active and happy at home so their families don’t have to give them up or have them end up in a shelter. Fully fenced double lot (1/4 acre). There are frequent deer sightings, as well as squirrels and birds. We have 2 dogs as well, so there are plenty of toys laying around in the yard, as well as a sprinkler and a dog pool that can be used. Feel free to come and sit in the chairs on the deck and throw a ball for your dog. There is a ramp for ease of access for older dogs, though there are 2 steps that they would need to climb to get up to the covered deck. The dog water bowl is on the deck.

We have a trail for humans & dogs that wraps around the entire 5 acres. We have water access for dogs available.
