We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer.
