Daniel has definitely gone out of his way to welcome guests to his ranch with signs, notes, water, treats, and toys. My dog loved to run the trails and there were a few grassy areas to play fetch. Lots of spots along the trail for humans to sit and rest and enjoy nature. The goats were adorable, very curious and friendly. My dog just kept barking at them, so I kept him distracted by exploring other areas of the ranch. Great spot, we will be back.Laurie T.

55This sniffspot is a little slice of heaven! We moved to Minneapolis into an apartment in March. It’s been a big change from having our own backyard for us and our dog. My dog is reactive, so I kept him on a long lead at first, but after 20 min, he and the goats were friends! It's truly amazing how calming the goats were for my dog. We booked one hour and it wasn't long enough because there is so much to explore and sniff.
I live only 20 min from this SniffSpot, but I felt like I was 'up north'. Simply a slice of heaven right outside the city! You can tell Daniel put alot of time getting his spot ready for guests. The goats are super sweet (and weren’t afraid of our dog, who is very big with a very loud bark), and there’s some goodies set out like dog toys, water bottles, treats, and even sunscreen! The spot is steeply sloped in parts, so bring good shoes, but there’s a path/trail that was covered in soft wood chips (shavings?) so that it wasn’t muddy. The spot is HUGE—so many plants, so many little nooks for people to sit, and even a tent! Our pup ran and sniffed and played the entire hour we were there, because there was just so much to enjoy. The entire spot is well-cared for and the hosts thoughtfully provided everything we needed (as well as lots of amenities & a great experience on top of that!)
