This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. Also have a smaller enclosure that can be used for training,new dog intros, dog birthday parties. You may see us working in our lavender fields while you are here. There had been a few horses and cows in the pasture before but they are gone now. Consider booking for half an hour on hot summer days. Feel free to bring a beverage and a picnic blanket and watch the sunset behind the mountains (book the last slot of the day to watch the sunset).

Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Beautiful view of the mountains. We have a chuck-it, some balls, baggies, water & hand sanitizer 😊🐶 enjoy!

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

I have half an acre of open space/farmland for dogs to run around on. I have great views and a gazebo where you can watch your dog from. I do have dogs, a cat, chickens, and ducks, but they can all be in their own separated coops and inside the house. The property is fully fenced and I have horse panels if you want to section out part of the yard for your dog.
