This is a very pet friendly neighborhood. Please note that all my neighbors have dogs too. A chain link fence keeps them separate. You may or may not be there when their dogs are outside as well. Mine come into contact with them and they all bark it's normal. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and as well as their handlers. Feel free to sit down relax and enjoy yourself while you visit our room around to release that energy.

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more.
