My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

It’s a fully fenced yard, with partial 6ft white vinyl fence and partial with link fence. Part of the yard is grass, the other is cement. There is a gazebo with a seating bench, a table with chairs, hammock and a fridge with refreshments. We also have a flower bed, as well as a vegetable run along the sides. Lastly we have a fig tree, peach tree and grape vines. We work hard to make our yard very clean, comfortable and inviting.

Welcome to our yard! We have lots of room for your pups to run around securely in a fully fenced in area. We also have areas for your toddlers or small children to play, and patio seating for you as well! We are dog lovers and have three of our own which will be kept indoors during your stay. Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in my driveway (but please do not block in any cars). Thank you for considering our Sniffspot!

This yard has been well-loved by kids and dogs through the past 25 years. The past 11 it was a place for our German Shepherd to run around and play ball in all types of weather. Now that the kids are grown and the dog has moved on, I would love to share my yard with you and your pups! Please feel free to ask me any questions.

This is a very pet friendly neighborhood. Please note that all my neighbors have dogs too. A chain link fence keeps them separate. You may or may not be there when their dogs are outside as well. Mine come into contact with them and they all bark it's normal. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and as well as their handlers. Feel free to sit down relax and enjoy yourself while you visit our room around to release that energy.
