I have had reactive dogs and understand the struggles to find fun and safe spaces for them to explore. Come here and enjoy a fully fenced backyard with pool (OPTIONAL EXTRA FEE-POOL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARD BOOKING FEE AND YOU MUST ADD EXTRA). Fence height 4 - 5 feet. Large park like setting with grassy flat area for dogs to romp and play. There are dog bowls available and a hose for water. There is seating available as well as a furnished and seasonally decorated gazebo to sit and enjoy some shade and take some cute photos. We also leave free treats in the gazebo for our furry guests. A beautiful large mulberry tree also provides some nice shade. There is a heated built in pool, which is separately fenced for safety, and available for use with ADDITIONAL FEE. Dog toys available for in and out of the pool. For pool users we offer several sizes of dog swim vests from XS to XL. I also offer a supply of bug spray and sunscreens. In case of muddy paws there are pet wipes for dogs, hand wipes for human guests and also a first aid kit just in case. There is a large private driveway for parking. Please remember the purpose of Sniffspot...to interact with your dog so please engage with them and supervise them at all times…no dogs should be unattended at any time. My main focus of becoming a host is for the enjoyment, enrichment, benefit and safety of THE DOGS...this is why we have clear rules, boundaries and limitations which we ask that all of our guests respect. Please always ask if you have any questions or need clarification. Also, as much as we love kids, ADULTS ONLY please. To our pool users...If you have added the pool as an add on, the dogs are all welcome. Their humans (1 adults only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). If your dog has never been in a pool, DO NOT traumatize your dog by just throwing them in and PLEASE USE LIFE VEST (many sizes available) and introduce slowly. I do my best to clean/skim the hair out of the pool between guests IF I am home. Unfortunately, I am not always home and cannot attend to the pool in between, and I apologize in advance if there is hair from a previous guest. I have a robot skimmer which may be floating in the pool to help keep if clean. If it is in the pool, please remove before entering and replace when you are done (there are instructions on how to do that at the pool). If you have a dog that may heavily shed, perhaps brush if possible before attending so that less hair enters the pool. We want to keep it nice and clean for all of our guests so everyone has a positive experience.We also do not want to put extra stress on the pool filter so we can keep it running for everyone to use. I also leave a skimmer net by the pool if needed. FYI...It's NJ so the pool is only open from May until end of September. Please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to message me if you want to check on availability. Our yard is very safe but keep in mind this is a backyard which is surrounded by woods and you are outdoors and there are things you may potentially see or encounter. We do use mosquito control but there can be bugs, mosquitoes, gnats, frogs, spiders, bees, wasps, critters, groundhogs, chipmunks, snakes, rabbits, opossum, squirrels, deer, turkey, hawks just to name a few. This is nature and we cannot control nature. NOTE: 1) PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY DOG THAT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF SICKNESS OR ILLESS (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, COUGHING, LETHARGY). ALSO, I KNOW SNIFFSPOT ASKS ABOUT DOGS BEING VACCINATED BUT DOESN'T REQUIRE PROOF. I BEG OF ANY GUEST THAT YOUR DOG PLEASE BE HEALTHY AND FULLY VACCINATED. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG THAT IS IMMUNE COMPROMISED AND I NEED TO PROTECT HIS WELL BEING. 2) Allowed 1-2 ADULTS per dog ONLY. 3) Pool area: Use at your own risk. Pool is 3 - 10ft on the deepest end. No running, diving or food/glass around pool. Such a cute backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of street parking. I struggled with the lock but Maria helped me immediately (via the app). The backyard has an open grass area with a tree (my dog loved this area). There is a cute bench in a corner, deck above, and a firepit. Super cute set up! I felt very confident that my dog could not get out. Everything was clean. She left a box full of toys, water, treats and a designated trash can for waste. I would love to come back for my dog to run around again. Thanks Maria!! Bella had a great 16th birthday.

Easy entrance and exit. When you walk in you are greeted with toys and treats and water for your pups. The yard is just right for my two pitties to run around and play with each other and also get some valued training. The area is clean and well kept and it even has an area for humans to sit and watch your dogs run around and play. In the end you are given wipes for your dogs if needed. The owner also allowed us to use their driveway which was a plus. I would definitely recommend and I will surely be going back.

Maria was so nice and so responsive on the app prior to our arrival and so friendly and flexible when we had to modify the reservation timing! Upon arrival, it was so easy to park right in front of the house and easy to see the Sniffspot entrance to the backyard. We were so delighted with the facility. The grass was nice and green and well trimmed. Everything was clean and orderly. The dogs had a blast running around and we used some of the dog toys what a huge selection. Maria provided a cooler with ice cold water and soda for us and it was really appreciated on this hot muggy day. And the dogs had a sparkling clean water bowl. There was an adorable seating area and fire pit, which would be nice on a cooler evening. It was so private we didn’t see any other people, there were no distractions for the dogs. It was such a very nice place. Highly recommended.
