We absolutely love going to Matt's Private Dog Park in Xenia! As soon as we pull in the driveway to park Joker knows exactly where he is. He loves being able to run, fetch, and play without some sort of leash. Matt always has fresh water available. He offers a clean, safe, fully and adequately fenced and relaxing area with plenty of room to run and play, beautiful shade trees to rest under, and chairs for the humans as well as a bon fire for chilly/cold days. We ALWAYS have a wonderful time. It's great to have a place like this to visit and know that your furbaby is safe, and that they can run and burn off some of that energy. It's good for them physically and for us mentally. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT'S PRIVATE DOG PARK- Kevin & Kelly

Matt was super responsive, the place was well maintained. The spot was amazing,we were here to celebrate my dog’s birthday, and were pleasantly surprise with all the amenities. Plenty of space for the dogs to run, we’ll be back. Matt also had a fire lit for us as it was a lil chilly.

It was wonderful, we had a blast and look forward to coming again. They left out fresh water and a sign welcoming the doggos to their property. It was clean, not muddy. It was a great place to bring the family.

Very clean, lots of room and lots of shade trees. Very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room for our Joker to run hard and fast, play fetch, tug of war with his ropes, and even enough room for him to play with his favorite toy, the nerf tennis ball cannon. So grateful for Matt's Private Dog Park! Will definitely be returning ourselves and certainly recommend this spot to anyone needing a private place for their fur baby to exercise freely and safely.

Nice country location with some sweet amenities for dog and handler. Our pups had a blast! The only thing to note is the above ground pool on site. If you have a dog that will try to get into that, you want to make sure you have something to keep their attention away from it.

Sweet welcome sign and fabulous yard. Fresh water and even treats waiting for them. My dogs were wore out within 45 minutes. We have a small yard at home but having so much room to let them run off leash was great. My pittie walked the perimeter twice looking for weakness so it’s very secure. Great place to get out all their zoomies.

The property is beautiful! My GSP had plenty of space and ran nearly the entire time. He only stopped to point at all the birds he could see from the yard, and to drink water that the host graciously left for us. We'd love to come back again!

We had the very best time! The yard is immaculate and the grass is so thick. The setting is gorgeous. I sat down with my pup for awhile in the yard while she was resting. You can hear the neighbors dogs barking, but it didn’t bother us. Ellie sniffed every single spot and rolled in every blade of grass. The basket of goodies (towels, water, bags, treats) was very kind and thoughtful. The sign with her name on it at the entrance was adorable! We will definitely be back!

We absolutely love going to Matt's and so does our dog Joker. Beautiful large yard, fenced in with very secure fencing. Plenty of shade trees to relax under after running and playing fetch with a tennis ball cannon, fresh water for Joker to quench his thirst, and peace of mind knowing Joker is able to run and play freely in a very safe, clean, and well kept area! Hands Down, Best Spot Around!

It was a great spot to visit! All 3 dogs were happy & sleeping like rocks now! Plenty of room to run & things to sniff. My youngest is a fence jumper but the 5' fence looked sufficient & she didn't try to jump. I'm not sure the fence would contain a very small dog though. There were 2 filled water bowls for them. A nice patio with chairs, a nice view, a well trimmed and pretty yard. Thank you!

Matt is a wonderful host with a wide expansive property. He always makes sure to set water out and has a chalkboard with the dogs names on it. Which is a nice special touch. My dogs absolutely love the size of the yard and are normally ready to go after we are done because they are so tired of running laps.

If you have a dog that can chase balls and never want to stop, this is the place for you. Lots of room to run with no obstacles so they can run and run. Easy in and easy out. Quiet and super clean. Have to rest my throwing arm but will be back!
