We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool is closed for winter but will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. 1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

There are feral cats, deer & other wildlife around so just be aware when exploring! We have 2 dogs who we keep inside when there’s visitors but you may hear they’re barking, please refrain from visiting directly around the house. Part of the walking trail goes past beehives (there is the option of taking another trail).
