We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool is closed for winter but will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

Lots of stuff to sniff... deer and squirrels seen daily. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Extra trailmarkers added to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just please make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Field area can be soft and some areas muddy after the rain. Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too! (She'll probably notice you when you arrive and will bark at the window, but it's pretty far from the parking area and will be faint)

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

One acre grassy field fronting the peaceful Big Elk Creek. Easy access to the stony beach at the water’s edge. Lightly travelled road with one-lane bridge. Steep hills on either side help discourage roaming. Creek is stocked with trout. During first two weeks of trout season, creek is well populated with fishermen/women but they seldom bring dogs. There are multiple areas for your pup to sniff: -Meadow with walking trails -Horse corrals that are semi-fenced in (thick vine & brush enclosing it with small opening, will put out gate if available or bring your own to enclose completely) -Pond your pup is welcome to use if they like water The neighbors have horses & cows. There are feral cats, deer & other wildlife around so just be aware when exploring! We have 2 dogs who we keep inside when there’s visitors but you may hear they’re barking, please refrain from visiting directly around the house. Part of the walking trail goes past beehives (there is the option of taking another part of the trail). Kern Hollow Private Dog Park

This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations.
