Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. The fences are over 10 feet apart. Small, simple yard with enough room for zoomies & fetch. The concrete patio in the backyard has a table and chairs with a shade sail over it. We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. The pool is open and ready for pups to swim. **Four person maximum per visit.** No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property during Sniffspot visits.

Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. 0.5 acre fully fenced in yard in the Hanover Borough. Relax by the fire pit under the lights or in the shade on our ample seating arrangements while your pup or pups run around the yard. Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. Separate gate and private back parking with alley access lends itself to a private yard that any pup would enjoy, along with private parking for the pup “paw-ents.” Water bowls are provided and can be filled using the back tap. Trees provide a sense of privacy right in the heart of the Borough. The 5 ft tall fence and yard area provides an area for running that any dog would enjoy! Treats are provided for the pups to top off the experience!
