H&A was inspired by two of my fur babies who are no longer with me due to unforeseen circumstances. Both passed a year apart from each other and before I could purchase my property. I've always wanted to give them the space and the yard for them to enjoy but unfortunately God had other plans so now in memory of Alize and Hpnotiq ive decided to share my yard with other fur babies and their parents to enjoy privately and safe

I have a property with just over 2 acres of land. I am providing a large parcel of the land that is unfenced for a person to park off street or in the driveway and spend some time with their dogs. The area is not fenced and you will need to have your pet on a leash or at least secured in a way that the dog cannot run off.

Here at Cedar Dale Pet Resort we have been caring for your four-legged family members since 1981 and now we are offering you a whole new experience- the opportunity to enjoy our recently remodeled Private Puppy Playground! Fun is sure to ensue in a fully fenced natural grass play yard filled with numerous obstacles and various play equipment for the ultimate enriching experience! Zoom through tires, climb on spools, and run down slides. Lay in the grass under the shade of a tree or dig in the sand. Seating for the human family, waste scoop & receptacle are provided. Complimentary wade-pool and towels will be made available upon request. Currently hours of availability for our Private Puppy Playground are generally when our guests are napping or inside the resort eating so no need to be worried about other dogs interfering with your pup’s outing. During the summer months when the weather is nice and our guest volume is high, we may have dogs outside in the other yards midday, but we will not utilize the yard next to the Private Puppy Playground during Sniffspot reservations. A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; securely fenced. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. There is a table & chairs by the side garage walkway/door with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. Dog water bowl cleaner between uses and extra pitcher of water for refill or cleaning. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. A few things to note about the space. We do have a neighbor dog on one side of the yard, on the other two sides, there may be a deer or three. If you decide to come at dusk, we have a mama raccoon with 3 babies. Please park at the spot closest to the street. Make sure your dog is leashed until inside the yard. Please throw out garbage in the big garbage can outside the gate. There are some balls under the porch and plenty of sticks if your doggie likes to play.

**I prefer a message PRIOR to booking, if our chickens are out for the day we do not have a way to put them up, they free range and go in when they would like.** We have 5.8 acres of unfenced land. We have chickens and goats on the property along with our own dogs so we have lots to smell! We have areas that are mowed and areas that are not. We are nestled between apartment buildings but our land keeps us separated that it’s always quiet. We can make sure the farm animals are put up as the chickens free range if your dog has a high prey drive, but please give us a 24 hour notice if you need the chickens put away for your visit.

Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer primarily range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided at least once a day with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. -We ask that you place used toys in the used toy bin after use. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash once a day. -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours

Check out our extras that you may add, including premium dog treats from Mountain Dog Cookie Co, a kiddie pool for your dog in the summer months, additional unfenced space for your dog to explore their primal instincts (perfect for sporting dogs!), and even some human treats! Canine Respiratory Illness, what are we doing about it? We've taken a few extra precautions to keep our dogs & visitors safe. In our welcome basket, you'll find disposable bowls that you may use the hose next to the back door to fill up for your pup! Please dispose of your bowl in the garbage can next to the welcome basket. Additionally, toys in the basket will also be wiped down at least once per day with a pet-safe disinfectant. **The host is not responsible for any harm caused to you, your children, or your pets while using the swing set.**

Come and let your dog explore, play, and swim on our beautiful family farm. Our farm means the world to us and we think you will love it just as much. Our farm lies on 16 acres in Bull Valley, Illinois. Although it is not fenced in, our property is doggy heaven for dogs trained to be off-leash. Come take a walk, bring a frisbee/ball, or just come let your dog sniff and explore. Please do not go into the land beyond the caution tape and signs. That is not part of our sniff spot. We have many farm animals on our property as well. Please be respectful of our property. We take pride in our farm and love sharing it, but we want to keep it beautiful. Entry in any of the barns/buildings is prohibited. Please remain in the back of our property. We do live on the property and appreciate our privacy. FYI, this is a working farm. Sometimes as you are pulling in, there might be cars/people in the barns and lot. Please keep that in mind as you are arriving and if your dog is reactive, bring a leash until you can get into the back field.

Notice: We are closing the spot on May 23rd for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. Grass and rain: Please keep in mind that during moderate to heavy rains the area without mulch can get muddy. Beginning May of 2024, we will post pictures daily to our Instagram account showing the condition of the spot. As you can imagine, due to the wear and tear the spot gets, it’s difficult to keep the grass alive. However, we do our best to reseed during the spring. BarkPark sits right across the street from The Salvation Army Freedom Center. This spot is fully fenced (chain link and wood) with the side facing the sidewalk being 5ft and the rest of the fence being 6ft. There is a dual-gate entrance to the spot for a safe entry and exit. Street parking is available. There is plenty of seating at this spot with shade throughout the day. There's a rain barrel filled with water for dogs to hydrate and cool down. We have water bowls available. GIANT sandbox that's great for digging and playing; no digging elsewhere please. On hot days, we do our best to keep the sand wet. Trash can onsite. We have poop bags available in two different areas for easy access. Half of this spot is covered with grass and the other half with playground mulch. This spot is big enough to get a good fetch session in or to just let the zoomies out. We also recently added agility equipment. We hope you and your four-legged friend/s have an exceptional time during your visit and choose to come back. Lost toys and items: Due to the amount of visits we get we aren’t able to track which items belong to which guest. If you’ve lost a dog toy or other item, please reach out and we’ll do our best to retrieve it and hold it for you. If you don’t reach out, we’ll hold onto it for a week and then add it to the Lost and Found Toy Box. Water: The dog drinking water gets changed 1-2 times per week, depending on the temperature/usage. During the winter months we empty the water barrel. If your dog/s require water during the winter months, we ask that you please bring your own. Food: You’re welcomed to bring food but we ask that you please clean up as a courtesy to other guests. Future additions: We hope to add more amenities over time. Our plans are to add more sand to the sandbox in late April or early May of 2024. We’re also hoping to have on-site parking around mid summer of 2024. If you have any suggestions for amenities, we’d love to hear your feedback.
