We lived in an apartment with our reactive dog for two years and know how important that off leash time can be. Nice flat, fully fenced yard, safe for your pup to run and smell to their heart's content! Please use the gate on the garage side of the house for entry and please be sure to clip the carabiner on your way out. Water is always fresh and full with our auto-filling dog bowl! We run a dog sitting and daycare business via www.bandjpawsandstay.com so your pup will likely get to say "Hi!" to some friends through the patio door. Welcome to our large fenced in area and building that is tailored for dogs! The indoor space connects directly to the fully fenced in outdoor area. The fences are 6 feet tall and fully secured, so no need to worry about escape artists! This building is at the back of our property and is mostly private, with the exception of coming and going and a spot of the fence that extends towards the front of the building.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

We are about an .25 mile off the main road and our 10 acres go deeper into the woods. We have about 5 acres of wooded areas and 5 acres of open trails. It is a beautiful and private property. The property is 100% fenced- the fencing is 3 feet high- there is a gate in the driveway, once closed it is completely fenced in.

My backyard offers 2 acres of fully fenced forested area with over 50 trees within that area! We keep a trail mowed that loops down into the bottom of the yard so you have a comfortable walking trail and your 4 legged friends can use it as a racetrack! Tons of smells to sniff and ample room for zoomies! Chickens will always be secured in their predator proof coop and run. There are toys, a garbage can, a dog bowl, and extra poop bags on the patio just before the wooden stairs. Please feel free to park in the driveway on the right side of the garage!

Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced (6ft) yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans, and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! We wash all toys and water dishes and disinfect human-handled surfaces and seating between each visit. Your health and your dog's health matter to us! We live on 3 1/2 Acres 8 miles east of River Falls WI 3 of that fenced in with a pool, jolly balls, and weeds to go exploring… a path is mowed around the inside fence line and a few paths thru the weeds…

My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood, which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do stay on top of picking up dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one. I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months, have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck (during warmer months) • There is a hose you are welcome to use if needed • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for 💩 bags and garbage by the gate • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit in the summer, I will leave a towel out also.

Plenty of room to run with a stock tank pool for keeping cool in the summer.

Update as of March 2024 - Unfortunately, due to new neighbors behind us, our yard isn't quite the reactive-dog sanctuary it used to be. We love reactive pups and are doing all we can to ensure you're pups are able to safely run and play. Our yard is long but narrow and we now have two dogs behind us that can be very vocal. They tend to be let outside in mid-afternoon and on weekends. Please keep this in mind. We can not force them to stay inside, of course, but will work with you to find a time for your reactive dog to visit when they're not outside. Early morning works best. Thanks for understanding! There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! Please note during winter (November until beginning of May) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️

0.4 acres fully fenced in and private. Have your pup chase a frisbee or ball and run up and down the hill. It’s tiring! 😅 Winter: We have a hill that will challenge and tire your pup up running through the snow! ❄️ Toys, trash, and water bowl are available (no water after hose is winterized) Spring: I will block off days when the yard is too wet, as it takes a while for it to dry after a heavy rainfall or quick snow melt due to the hill. Summer/Late Spring/Early Fall: We have a few chairs 🪑 on the deck and umbrella ☂️ as well as a water bowl 💧 and hose if your pup needs water or to cool off.

We have two dogs of our own and also foster dogs. Working to save money for a fence and deck replacement, plus some landscaping - so we thought we'd offer our basic yard to people who may not have access to an off leash space in our area. Our dogs and family will be inside for all SniffSpot bookings. We have a trash can that can be used by bookings. You're welcome to sit on our outdoor furniture and any toys left out. There is currently a wooden playset with swings available for smaller children. Enter through either side gate and please make sure gate is closed when you leave. Help us keep our dogs safe.

You may hear Member dogs, and/or people conversing. Make sure to check out all of the amenities that this great property offers besides being indoors!! Toys, Treats, agility equipment are allowed to be brought in. Upon reservation, the owner will reach out to your via SniffSpot Chat with additional instructions. You'll have to provide an email address for door access. On your first visit, since this is a commercial property, the owner will meet with you to go over the rules. Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

A nice big backyard, in a moderately quiet corner of Richfield. Plenty of room for some zoomies or fetch! ❗️recently added some DIY agility equipment We’re near to the airport, two preschools, apartments, and Target. The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog is occasionally an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. If your pup is dog reactive, this might not be the spot for you.
