Welcome to our private farm! We live on site and will close our main gate once guests enter, ensuring the property is secure. Please inform us if there will be more than one car so I won't close the gate too soon. The pasture is fully fenced, partly with 4 board fencing, and partly with horse safe wire fencing along main road and wooden panels against neighboring property. Our current pasture is 3 acres with mainly open fields and a few trees and bushes. When it rains, there can be a small creek down by the road. The neighbor has a small dog that comes out on occasion, but there are panels on the fencing between our properties, so dogs won't be able to see through. We have a German Shepherd dog on site, but will keep her inside during guest appointments. To access the entrance, guests will need to drive past the main house, go to the right and up the hill towards the barnyard. Buildings in barnyard are not available for guests except for use of the hose, which is marked. Located in the upper barn breezeway ( concrete floor) to the left of the parking site. Hose available. Signs are provided to help guests find the hose area, park entry, and parking. Guests: please feel free to move the chairs as needed to stay in the shade or sun for your comfort!

My backyard is half shaded and half sunny with lush grass, 8ft fencing, a double gate, and huge with lots of area to explore. We are digging and removing these each week.

We have a spacious and open backyard that is fully fenced in. Our backyard has 2 entrances via gates that close and lock very securely so no chance of your pets getting loose. Much of the backyard is shaded for them to escape the heat in as well. And we have a shaded area under the deck for the owners to sit and beat the heat. Otherwise kick back and relax on our deck and enjoy the outdoors while watching your dog(s) roam and explore or chill out as well. We also have a disc golf basket for the humans to get some fun in! We have a dog as well that is great with others but we’re more than okay to keep her inside if your dog(s) prefer their alone time. Parking is free on the street or in the driveway.

Welcome to Franklin Tennessee’s private Dog Park situated in a luxurious park like setting in the beautiful country! We are away from others but close enough to get to! You will enjoy an acre of flat grass land that is kept short for you and your pets safety. We have beautiful comfortable benches and chairs set throughout our park! Do you want to be in the shade and feel the cool breeze? Or do you want a tan in the sun? The choice is yours! Your doggies will be able to roam around and you won’t have to be a helicopter dog parent by worrying about them as this park is fully enclosed. We provide some really cool ball throwing toys to include two tennis ball launchers (for littles and giants.) There are also other toys like ropes, frisbees and so much more! There is an agility course available for your use as well! For your convenience we have different types of pooper scoopers so you aren’t having to pick up their poop with a bag! Bottled water will be available for you and your doggy to drink. Whatever you see within the park is yours to use! I have 6 foot wooden privacy fence that’s secure. Feel free to play with the balls in the yard or bring your own toys. Please pick up after your dog(s) there’s a trash can under the carport. There’s a table and 2 chairs for you to use if you wish. There are cameras on my property, please be respectful of my space. I’m home most of the time and can meet with you if you wish. Beautiful fully fenced huge yard in Madison! Our dogs love our new yard as it’s spacious enough for runs and playing frisbee. We’d love to share it with you! Safely enclosed. Short grass. Tall well built fence safe for jumpers. We do have a pool on site but it is fenced separately so your dog will not be able to access the pool area. This is the Dog Park at Upland Shores, this is what we affectionately call our backyard. Great space to roam safely, our dog loves it. We are just like being at home for dogs and there fur parents. Finding our tucked-away location, understanding how to access our spot, and following the “poop rules” of our spot require careful reading of (and diligence in following) directions. **DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS** for these are provided after your booking. We have high expectations that our guests will be good partners in keeping our spot a comfortable and safe place to relax for our next visitors. :) 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝟏) This Sniffspot is an off-road adventure! You will be driving on a dirt/gravel path, will park on grass/dirt, and may cross the small creek by foot. Conditions get muddy and access changes during wet weather, so please be prepared to follow posted signage. 𝟐) Access to the property requires unlatching and opening a drive-through gate. 𝟑) Access to the fenced Sniffspot requires parking before a small creek crossing and walking leashed dog over creek and about 500 feet along mowed path OR driving across the creek and parking by Sniffspot gated entrance. The choice is left to visitor discretion, but it is STRONGLY recommended that low-clearance vehicles (sedans, vans, etc) do NOT drive over the creek. Feel free to explore this small portion of the seasonal creek with your leashed pup during your reservation! 𝟔) It’s always recommended to walk the perimeter of the fence with your dog leashed when you arrive to ensure no fencing issues. 𝟕) POOP RULES: 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗢𝗣 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦, 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗. We are interested in reducing the landfill footprint of pup visitors, so our poop disposal method is nontraditional but easy. (b) If dogs poop INSIDE the fenced spot, use the provided pooper scoopers to toss poop over the fencelines or in the tumblers, 𝐎𝐑 use the 100% compostable green poop bags located in dispensers in the spot to toss poop in the provided compost tumblers. Plentiful Hill is a wild place. We aim to make it accessible and enjoyable to visitors, but we ultimately submit to the inescapable power, beauty, and essence of nature. Please anticipate and prepare for normal outdoor issues including bug bites, snake encounters, and severe weather. We work hard to keep our spot maintained during the growing months, but bug spray (with Deet is the most effective) and tick checks are necessary to ensure you and your pups stay happy and healthy. :) *** You may hear the occasional gunshot from neighboring properties. That is common down in the country, especially during hunting season from Nov through Jan, and it can be startling. There is no shooting/hunting on our property.*** The Town of Chapel Hill is 10 minutes away and has several Dollar Generals, a small grocery store, several restaurants, a laundry mat, and a few boutique shops...enough to cover any essential needs you have while out visiting this way! We’re less than 30 minutes from Spring Hill and Lewisburg, less than 40 minutes from Franklin, Columbia, and Murfreesboro, and, surprisingly, less than 50 minutes from downtown Nashville. These are difficult times for a lot of folks, and we want our property to be a safe and inviting place for people of all backgrounds and their pets. It's important to us that people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone else who might sometimes feel unwelcomed in outdoor spaces feel especially comfortable and accepted while visiting our place.

Fenced in pasture with plenty outside parking. Small dogs could slip through fence so be aware. Enter gravel driveway in front of garage and through large cattle gate…freshly mowed and ready to rumble!!! Always a cool breeze and shade even on a sunny day!!! Stay in front of the now gray garage and you won’t encounter cows 🐃

We have a huge yard with full fencing. We can not have dogs anymore but we have foster a lot of dogs over the years. There are no dogs on the other side of the fence most of the time. Two neighbors have small dogs that stay inside most of the time. During the day this place is an office and visitors park in the front. I am not sure if anyone would want to walk their dog here but we have had dogs stay the weekend, then end up living here. I think a dog over 15 lbs would be best for our yard.
