cheryl and dave’s property was fantastic! it was very clean and the water and toys for the dogs were great. my newly rescued pup becca loved being able to run around in such a large space, and i loved how secure it was and the lack of noise. the area was plenty big enough for her (med mixed breed) to go for a full sprint and she is clearly very tired out after coming here 😁

Cheryl & Dave’s spot was amazing! Instructions and communication was very clear and the property was even better than I had hoped. They had drinking water set up, toys for my dog to play and chairs for me to sit and relax. It was nice knowing I could sit and relax knowing my dog was safe while she ran around and explored. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Ruby & I had the most phenomenal morning. Two hours of being free to run and play without distractions. The property is incredible and the weather was perfect! Will definitely be back often. I will highly recommend to all.

My pups had a blast. There’s benches and chairs for the people, and lots of space for the dogs. Fully fenced and secure! Water was placed out for them as well. Definitely coming back :)

We loved this spot! Completely fenced in (even a double fence at the entry). Tons of space, a bench and lots of room to play. Easy to find as well! Mosby loved it.

This is our new favourite place. Luna enjoys running around this beautiful, big and secure sniffspot ❤️ We love the peaceful environment. Today was extra beautiful with the sun and the beautiful sky! Not that cold either. This will visit regularly for sure!

A lovely space to go for a dog run. We appreciated the toys. The super safe, fully-fenced space made it really easy for us and we appreciate it. Also the drive from Ottawa is super easy and pleasant. We will be back!

This was our first visit. The place was easy to find. The signed on site was clear, parking was free of snow and easy to navigate. the path to the gate was clear and super interesting for the dogs ;-) . The place is big, but it is easy to keep an eye on the dogs running free. The fence is, even for my high-jumping husky, sufficient. I felt safe to just let him and his Malamute "brother" running and enjoying their freedom. Thank you for providing your beautiful space for our dogs. I wish you would provide day care and boarding as well.

What an amazing place! The dogs had an absolute blast and fell asleep as soon as we got back in the truck. There was tons of space, it was clean and completely fenced in and beautiful.

Great space! Very safe with the double gate and high fences. Easy to access. A lot of room to run around, and beautiful open fields and gorgeous trees surrounding the space as well. Our pup had so much fun! We will definitely be back!

Really easy to find, clearly marked parking spot and entrance. The fence is tall and I felt confident that my dogs could not escape. The yard is very big and even had a seating area. I highly recommend this Sniffspot! Very happy pup!!

Not in a bad way, but It’s a very simple Sniffspot. Several unfenced hay fields for the pups to run around. It’s bordered by wood lots, so an adventurous pup may go check them out, mine did not. Esther was very accommodating, we moved our time up, so it was nice to get in earlier. Overall a very good Sniffspot.

5510/10 the best spot the west of Ottawa for my pups and I to walk. I was driving by empty farmers fields just last week and thinking “I wish I could walk my dogs there.” And then this spot appeared on the SniffSpot site! I’m going to buy a lottery ticket today. Because all dogs and owners like different experiences, I’ll break it down a bit more: - Wide open fields with the lingering smells of wild animals made my girls happy. They followed their noses. One though, followed her nose right to deer poop and then ate a bit (she is not a poop eater) and then rolled in it (she loves to roll in the poop of wild animals). This doesn’t bother me (they are up to date on all meds and she will have a bath when we get home), but this may not be ideal for all. - No fences (except for one beautiful gate at the top end of the property). My girls were good about staying within my sight lines. If you’ve got a runner though, best keep them on leash. There are natural boundary lines for the property - meaning trees and shrubbery. - The back field is mowed but was still a bit long for my smaller dog to enjoy. She is a princess though (surprising as she is 💯 street dog from Barbados - Potcake) and on our next visit will be better able to enjoy it as she will be familiar. Additionally on this note, I would wear my rubber boots or a taller boot next time. I had my dog walking runners on (the not nice ones) and they didn’t get dirty or anything, but more about tick protection and a couple prickly weeds that got my ankles. I did NOT find any ticks but always do a full check on all of us after a walk in nature. - The owner was lovely to drive ahead of me and show me where to park, and where the property boundary lines are (very clear with the tree lines)Leah M.
