Spacious yard ! My dogs loved it running around and exploring. For those visiting, please read the owner's description. There are definitely ant mounds out in this space, and I would also recommend to bring towels for your pups. My puppies found the water in the back and had a lot of fun - but I didn't bring towels 😅 also bring mosquito repellent !

This yard is so well maintained and feels even larger than it is. The grass is always short and there’s so much open space for running but even great sniff spots too. We love coming here!

My dog had an awesome time running around. Clean and large open space to play fence and sniff around. The dogs at the back left corner that like to bark at the fence are a little annoying but nothing too crazy and it was prefaced beforehand, which was nice. Will recommend to others in the area!

Every time we bring our pups they have the best time! With more than enough space to run and such a well kept yard, it’s easy for them to get a fast race going and tire out. They love walking around to sniff the entire space and if you are looking to do any sports or training activities, this is truly the perfect space 🐾♥️

This was our first visit to the Zephyrhills area and this spot was a great find! Lots of open area to run and play with a great fence! The dogs loved it!! We came around noon so there was still a bit of dew on the grass so the dogs needed a good bath after their visit. Although the yard is grassy and not dirt! If you have poodles, their poms seemed to attract a lot of small pickers but what a great area for them to run!!

This was my first time using the app whatsoever and it didn’t disappoint! I have three dogs (a 3yr old pit/cattle dog, a 1 1/2yr old husky, and a 5 month old Akita/Goldendoodle mix) We only stayed for an hour, however all the space for them to run proved to be enough time as they wore themselves out. Definitely some green stickers that got on the dogs but nothing too crazy. I picked them off in 5 minutes or so. There are three loud dogs in the back left corner and the back right corner had a muddy area that my trouble makers tried getting into. Will be back though!

Our pups have more and more fun every time we visit! They love sniffing the perimeter of the yard and the incredible space for both fetch and chasing one another. It’s especially fun to have the little hills and that the yard wraps around the house and is completely fenced in so they are encouraged to run even more as they see one another go around the corner. What makes us really happy is how well they take care of the yard. It’s always short grass so the pups don’t get those little plant pieces in their fur and the owner is so kind and accommodating. Definitely our favorite spot in the northern Tampa Bay Area!
