We’re pet sitters and keep the pool safety fence around the pool up for our older pets who don’t see as well and to separate our cat (she loves to play and lay around the pool). **The initial booking is for the yard access only. We have toys set up for the dogs to play in the yard. If you wish to have access to the pool please look at the extras and add accordingly. Thank you!** We have 3000 sqft of artificial grass for the dogs to run and play on. No more dogs getting muddy from playing in the yard. **It states that there are always dogs present but what that means is we have 7 of our own personal dogs inside the home. They tend to peak out the window at times because they are curious and nosey. Sometimes they may bark but we do keep our blinds closed and doors locked so everyone will be able to enjoy their spot with their own pups. We just know some dogs are reactive to others and we don’t want to surprise anyone if they hear a barking pup inside the home! 🐶🙃🐶** ***Looking to swim with your furry friends, look under the extras. We have an 14x28 pool for you to swim with your dogs. The pool comes with a 5x10 sunshelf for the dogs to be able to get in without fully having to swim. ***We have hose hookups for those who prefer to play with the sprinkler system instead. We have ample patio seating in the pool enclosure to escape any irritating bugs. We can provide sanitized bowls for water for your furry friends. Come and play/swim with your dogs in our wonderful backyard paradise.

Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

Our yard is fully fenced! We maintain a few small fruit trees and a little garden, which you can enjoy any of the fruit and veggies from. We have a basic set of agility equipment, which you can set out and move as you wish. It is usually on the porch with the hammock, but may already be out in the yard. Please note that if you book within the hour the yard may not be able to be cleaned and prepared for your visit :)

Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.

Hi, we love our property and want to share it with other people. There are different areas. 1 is kind of wooded, there’s short grass open spaces, other area with pine trees other area with lots of plants because it’s a small nursery.. property is not fenced at the entrance at this time. All other sides of property are fenced. The restroom is in the back of the house in a small beige building. You may walk with your dog(s) anywhere within the property. Around the house, into the horse barn, through the Nursery, into the woods,etc.. We have a Basset Hound and 6 children. Kiddos usually inside the house or in the pool, Benito our doggie is inside and outside. We try to keep him inside when visitors come. He is very friendly but barks at strangers until he hears them sweetly talk to him. : ) or pet him. Thank You for choosing our property to walk your doggie.

4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.

This beautiful, 1/4 acre is fully fenced with a number of oak trees for shade. Once you drive in through the gate, simply close the gate behind you. There is even a clean porta potty for your convenience.
