Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. Ruby’s Retreat for Reactive Dogs is a place where a dog can come to be dog. We have about .75 acres fenced with a ramp, oversized dig box, hideout, tether tug, (available upon request)kiddie pool and or splash pad. We also have about an acre of wooded trails that were created for Ruby and her brother’s daily sniff and strolls. Ruby was dog reactive which limited her outings, we would like to give other dogs the opportunity to be a dog with no stress and just be a dog. Welcome to our Sniffspot! We bought our property especially for the large yard. It’s a great space for dogs to run and play and sniff. The street facing part of the yard has 6ft privacy fence and the rent has a combo of chain link, 6ft wood or heavy duty wire. The yard is very secure for both large and small dogs. We have lots of birds, squirrel and chipmunks, and occasionally a raccoon or fox visits so the smells are endless. We hope your pup(s) will enjoy it as Miah as ours does.

From December first on, the spot will only be open if we don't have a significant amount of snow. Please check back regularly to see if any slots are open. There is no water in the Winter. Situated on a scenic working farm, the Pooch Playground spans about 1/4 acre and is fully enclosed. Tucked next to a small woodland area, this location offers enough distance from the house and barn for a feeling of privacy. The field adjacent to the area is preserved for wildlife. We mow the spot every week, except during drought conditions. We purposely maintain longer grass (2-3 inches instead of cutting it too short) to withstand high traffic and dog urine. We leave 'islands' of grass long for sniffing and exploration. Look at the pictures of the spot. If a toy ends up in the field and you don't want to walk through the tall grass, let us know, and we will retrieve it.

Hi! Welcome! I have a fully fenced in backyard with plenty of parking on Main Street in Hampstead. There is plenty of room for your dog to run around and plenty of smells from my dogs. One section of the fence is only 3 feet high, so it may not work if your dog is a jumper. My neighbor has horses that may be in a nearby pasture. There are also dogs that live next-door. If you are coming, I will keep my dogs in the house. They will probably not even know you are out there. There is one spot that can get muddy depending on the weather. The rest of the yard is grass and a small area of bushes and other vegetation. There is also a rocky area under my deck. During the warmer months, there will be a picnic table and chairs. Please bring bags and pick up after your dog. There is a trash bucket out there. I will also have a water bowl out there during the warmer months. There is a gate if you need to block off the stairs to the deck. It is next to the shed under the deck. I have tenants that may go in and out off the deck but I inform them of visits and they are dog people. Thank you! Please let me know if you need anything. If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

My name is Seth and I've been a lifelong dog owner. I've always loved getting out for adventures and finding new spots to let dogs romp off leash. My dogs Boss and Kona were temperamental with other dogs so it was always important to find safe spots to let them off leash. They were the inspiration for my fenced in backyard! Kona passed in September 2022 and Boss passed in July 2023, so I've opened up the space to those who might need a fenced in area to help their dog(s) expend that energy! FYI the hose and water supply off for the season!! Too cold to have it running. Please plan accordingly with your own water/bowl. A recently fully fenced back yard! Wood in the front for privacy and chainlink in the back. This sniffari is about .5 acres. There will be toys available! Balls, chuck it and anything requested if you would like. There are poop bags available and pooper scooper. There are Adirondack chairs, low chairs and a sectional that is dog friendly. A canopy for shade! And woods are to the back and left outside of the fence making this a quiet and peaceful yard. Your dog will get to enjoy a private play time and sniff. I hope your pup (s) enjoy! Please clean up after your doggy’s! I notice feedback from back to back around the cleanliness from this. I appreciate you leaving it clean for the next dog (s) and human to enjoy ☺️☺️ If I am not home while you visit- my doggy’s may bark. They are super secure inside. A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne Hotel has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! Our yard features a large open grassy area to play ball or frisbee, a meadow/English garden type area, and overgrowth of plants and trees on the sides of the yard that provide a fun terrain for your dogs to explore and sniff! The dogs are welcome to roam wherever they’d like! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water and to cool down. We also provide some balls, bags and a pooper scooper for you to use if needed. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard, and a white picket fence reinforced with wire. We mow regularly, and often have flowers and trees in bloom! There is a picnic table and lawn chairs for humans to enjoy, and the pups too, if they’d like! There is always ample, safe, street parking directly next to the entrance gate, which is on the side of the house. If you prefer driveway parking, let me know and we can make room for you, but the best parking spot is right outside the gate! Please do be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as we don’t want any escapes! Feel free to use the hose for fresh water or to cool off! Welcome to our yard: our dog’s favorite place! Fully fenced in from house to property line property line; also “double-fenced” where the woods begin to keep dogs on the grass. Park along the street and walk up the driveway to the white fence, reach over to unlatch the gate and step in onto the patio. Your dog may play anywhere in the yard or on the patio. Please do not go behind the chicken wire fencing or sheds. You are welcome to use any of our tennis balls, “chuck-its” and dog toys while using the yard; we leave them on the patio table. Feel free to take a seat under the umbrella for some shade. If the little doggie “kiddie” pool is set up, you may use it, but absolutely NO people OR dogs allowed in the above-ground pool. We also ask that you please stay off the deck. You may dispose of any poop bags in the tin milk can under the deck. Please close the gate behind you when you leave. We hope you and your dog have tons of fun in our yard!

I made this Sniff Spot realizing the demand for an indoor space for dogs to play on rainy days and the long winter months! The space is in our indoor basement and personally with my own dog I always take her down there to play when the weather is poor, rainy, cold, or later in the evening when it gets too dark outside but the pup still wants to play~! Seeing how much my own dog Soluna, aka "Loony" enjoys it, Im now opening up "Loony's Rainy Day Getaway" to other local pups who need a warm, dry and cozy place to play. This is a GREAT spot for the upcoming long winter months! The space is a good size basement, (unfinished but heated and well insulated) We keep a handful of our own dog toys down there to share and pup-parents are free to also bring their own carry in and carry out. There are chairs for people to sit and watch their pups play There is also a water line that can be used to fill water bowls. *This is an indoor park so please potty your dogs outside before coming in. There is also pretty easy access back up to outside if they need to go in the middle of playing you can bring them back out to relieve themselves and then return. *You are free to use the outside yard at your leisure if you wish, just be mindful that it is NOT fenced *We do still use our basement area for storage in some areas so we ask that you and your dogs respect the storage items on shelves etc. Do not touch and call your dog away if THEY go to touch. (For their own safety as well) *For your pups safety, Please make sure your dogs are vaccinated when using spaces that may have been previously inhabited by other dogs.

Welcome to our backyard! We know how valuable new experiences are for dogs and how being off leash to run, sniff, and play is good for dogs' physical and mental well being - and ours, too! Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a playground if you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the backyard that your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play as our dogs do. Our backyard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I have a doggie pool and a splash pad that can be used for an extra cost. I can make a fire with smore's for you, and if you are bringing kids, i have a bounce house you could rent! If you are interested in any of these extras, let me know! I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! Also, please do not allow your dog to dig and please clean up after your dog. Update 12/8/24: A tree branch fell on my fence, knocking it down. The tree branch has been removed and the fence lifted back up but it is not secure. Please check the fence before unleashing your dog to ensure it is still up and they won't be able to get out. Most dogs probably won't even notice but if you have dogs that intentionally look for ways out, my spot won't be the best match until I get it fixed. Message me if you would like pictures prior to booking. Update 6/12/23: While I love the tree by the mailbox, I recognize it makes backing out of my driveway very difficult. Feel free to back into the drive so that your line of sight isn't blocked when trying to leave. Update 4/11/23: There are times that I block off my yard for the whole day to ensure that I don't have back-to-back visits and that there is time for the dogs I am dog sitting to run around. I don't need all this time so feel free to message me if you would like to visit on that particular day and I can unblock a slot for you to book. General Information I have a large fenced in yard. It is chain link and 6ft tall. It is reinforced at the bottom. There is a woodsy area in the yard for dogs to explore as well. Lots of room to run! You may notice your dog spends most of his/her time sniffing around instead of running. This is typical for the first visit: 1. It is a new space for them and they get a lot of information through their nose 2. Lots of dogs have been in my yard so there is so much to smell. This is still great enrichment and will lead to a tired and fulfilled dog. Please bring your own dog toys, water, and water bowl. If your dog poops (even if in the woods), can you please pick it up? I have a dog that likes to eat poop - so gross! You may notice that sometimes my deck is gated off. I do this so that the visiting dogs aren't distracted by the sliding door, standing in front of it thinking they are there to come into the house instead of playing in the yard. You are more than welcome to take one of them down if you want to sit up on the deck. If I forget to put the gate up and you want to block your dog from coming up on the deck, feel free to put it on the stairs to block the entryway. Other things worth mentioning: - My neighbor to the right of me has ducks. They are typically quiet but visible. - Depending on the weather and time of the year, parts of the yard may be icy and/or muddy! Bring towels to wipe down your dog afterwards. If you visit early spring, you may see ground bees flying around on the south facing side of the house. By late April, you won't even know they are there. They are very docile (in fact most species don't have stingers) and are great pollinators. - I also dog sit out of my home. Some dogs that I watch are vocal and may bark the whole time you are visiting. If your booking time is during a time that I am home, I can ensure that they are kept quiet and don’t interfere with your visit. If hearing barking coming from my house is something that will impact your visit, feel free to reach out to me beforehand to confirm whether or not I am dog sitting and/or will be home. ***The yard gets very wet when the weather warms up so I'm restricting access to the yard for guests unless the ground is frozen or there is significant snow coverage until spring.*** A great place for a doggie playdate!
