This was a great SniffSpot. It was quiet and wooded. It was not unbearable to hang outside in the unforgiving summer heat due to all of the trees! Water for the dogs is available. There’s a chair & bugspray for pawrents. My girl had a great time exploring. My escape artist tried to find gaps in the fencing but she didn’t find any! She was able to get under the deck, she found the spot that wasn’t covered by chicken wiring. I struggled a bit to get the fence gate open from the inside, but I eventually got it. Star loved the pool provider as well. This spot was as it was described. I wanted to check out a SniffSpot because I don’t feel comfortable going to dog parks. Here I could relax knowing my dog was safe to run around & explore. Thank you!

This is the first place that has been actually conveniently located to UNC campus and such a helpful find!! She was super accommodating with my schedule. The spot does have a bit of a slope, but other than that it was a great place to play and has a “private” gate entry. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful, wooded backyard with tons of interesting things for my pup to explore. Sarah had furniture available to us and water for our dog! She was super responsive to my messages and answered all of my questions quickly! Will definitely be back very soon.

Had a great time. It was much too hot to run, so the visit was more about sniffing than playing. Wear good shoes as the yard is a hill. Normal debris on the ground for a wooded spot. You will need bug spray, with the rain and heat the mosquitos will carry you away.

It’s on a hill so if you have mobility issues it might be difficult to navigate but my dog loved running up and down it.

Our dog loved it! Lots of room to run around and a ton of things to sniff. A great place to tire out your pup. It was clean, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. We did put our 6-month old puppy on a long line during the visit because he’s small and clever enough to possibly get through the box wire fence.

We had a wonderful time playing with the dogs and walking around the trail-like section of the yard with them. The dogs enjoyed playing with the abundant sticks. We will be back. :)

My dog loved this space so much! Great park to practice recall and/or simulate an off-leash hike, since there are a few little trails throughout. The one downside for any reactive/aggressive dog owners - the neighboring dogs essentially share the same fence and your dog will be able to go right up to them! They barked at us for 20 mins on and off which was triggering for my dog. Had to leash him because he has zero recall once he’s triggered and was worried about him jumping the fence. Still five stars as this is not the host’s fault and my dog had such a great time :)
