The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you. Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Lots of shade after noon! Parking is off street in my driveway - there's plenty of space! Membership price includes access to the agility area. To access the agility field: Please follow the driveway straight back past the detached garage. There is a gravel road to take you back to the sniffspot. Please park along the fence line of the field in the grass- do NOT park on the gravel road! *If you have never taken agility classes or competed in agility before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog! Puppies under a year should not be jumping too high or too repeatedly, and the larger pieces of equipment are dangerous for a dog to dismount improperly. And please, no humans on the equipment!* If you move or change the heights of any jumps, please put them back how you found them before you leave! Do not move any of the larger pieces of equipment (weave poles, dogwalk, a-frame, or teeter). AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced outside of the agility field and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! Please stay out of the neighbor’s property and out of the fenced in yard close to the house. It is low tech back there. There is no electricity or running water. Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing pokey on you or your dog’s path! Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!

Welcome to our yard! 🌿 We have a beautifully fenced back yard set up especially for you and your dog to enjoy. It’s perfect for a puppy play date or for you and your dog to just chill out together. 🤍 We have two large platforms for jumping/climbing, a dog pool for taking a dip, a kiddie sandbox for digging, and a splash pad for well…splashing! 💦 *Our play platforms do get hot in the sun, so be mindful of your pup’s paws* Our yard has lots of shade for dogs with two large trees (mainly in the morning/early afternoon hours) and we have an umbrella with chairs for humans. ☂️ We have lots of balls for your dog to play with (some of which will float in the pool!) and a chuck-it that lives under the umbrella. 🎾 Water is available by hose and a large dog bowl will be provided. FYI ‼️You may hear our neighbors. There are dogs in the neighborhood who occasionally bark and there may be people out doing yard work that you can hear. When you arrive, please pull into the driveway and park on the left, closest to the fenced yard. Enter through the gate to the left of the house and ensure the gate latched behind you. Enjoy! 🐾 🚨 RULES 🚨 - Please do not try to enter our shed or back door. Do not go through the gate at the back of the house (this leads to our private back yard for our family). - Please be mindful of the fencing around the tree and the propane cover. I’ve had a few dogs bump into it while playing fetch! - Please leave the spot as you found it. Pick up all poop. If your dog pees in the pool, please let me know so I can refill it before the next visitors arrive. - Return all toys you took out to the green bin. If a toy happens to go over the fence, don’t sweat it! Just message me via SniffSpot and I’ll go get it later. (Please don’t go onto neighboring properties to retrieve lost toys).

This is a B&B, pet boarding and dog training center with a sniff spot offered to guests! There are fenced in areas but also land to sniff around!

Pristine, Elegant, Royal Dynasty House with original detailing, extra long driveway that Leads to the Beautiful Backyard: Dogs toys, few balls and water are provided.

The yard is fully fenced and approximately 600 square feet. I offer training as well as rentals. Please do not allow your dog or any person on the agility equipment unless pre-approved. Please bring poop bags for clean-up if needed. Thank you.
