The area behind the house is quiet and peaceful and spacious. There is Chuck sticks and frisbees, but you have to bring your own balls. I always provide freshwater and dog treats and there are chairs for people to sit while their dogs run around. Also the home of Critterville self pet wash, if the dog gets stinky after it runs around it can get a warm bath before it goes home if the pet wash is available at that time.

There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. Chelsea's yard is clean, and the fencing is secure for dogs of all sizes. The yard is flanked on one side by a railroad track, which means neighbors on that side are about 20 feet or more away, which is really nice. We went in the middle of a weekday and didn't see any people in the other yards, which is great for my reactive dog.
