Welcome to my SniffSpot! Thank you for considering my location for your next dog park visit. I offer approximately a half acre of open, flat, unobstructed, private and completely fenced green space. Great place to play long distance fetch! Or let your pup(s) get out the zoomies while you relax on the shaded beautiful bench swing or Adirondack chairs. Does your pup need to cool off after playing? No problem because a doggie pool is readily available along with a water bowl and garden hose. I provide a dog station with poop bags and trash can for your convenience. Is your pup stinky after a full day of play? As an “Extra” I provide a Dog Wash station stocked with a variety of shampoo/conditioner, face and body wipes, and of course doggie treats for afterwards! If you’re in a rush and can’t wait for your pup to dry off, that’s no problem! As another “Extra” you can also find a bag of clean towels that are always fresh and ready for usage, inside the box of supplies! Dog treats located inside the supply bin are for everyone! Even if your pup doesn’t take a bath, feel free to give them a treat! Need a cool drink, snack or a quick meal? No problem! My SniffSpot is walking distance from an ice cream shop, Pelican’s Snowballs, Subway, Mexican, and other restaurants. Please note that there is a youth soccer field adjacent to my yard but there is green space between the soccer field and my yard. So there won’t be any interference. My spot is a large grassy area fully fenced with a 5 foot chain link fence and a 6 foot privacy fence. This yard is 100% separate from my personal back yard and truly gives you the private dog park feel! You don’t even have to go behind my house to gain access. If you have a dog(s) who would love a large open area to play fetch and have the zoomies this is the perfect play spot. •We have a picnic table for seating and umbrella for use. •A water hose and kiddie pool for dogs to cool off and play in (pool in summer months) •Provided a large Stainless Steel water bowl •Black outdoor box stocked with dog toys, treats and other items for use. •Poop bags •This yard can be lit up with a spot light when daylight savings ends and it gets darker earlier. Plus a street light directly in front of my house. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You may see people walking the neighborhood with other dogs or children from my yard. I will be updating with pictures 6/5/25. I have one-half acre of fully fenced in lawn with black chain link, a short mile from interstate 95. You’re welcome to park in the driveway, but street parking is available as well. Pesticide free, all natural. You’ll access the backyard through the gate at the end of the driveway. When we know you’re coming there will be a simple carabiner on the latch, otherwise it is a lock. There are two other walk-thru gates. One is to the right of the home and the other is along the back fenceline. These are locked, therefore no opportunity for any babes to sneak out! We have three of our own, which will not be outside while you are here. We strive to keep the lawn free of messes and clean up behind our own, so please do the same. There are bags provided and a scooper if necessary. The large trash can is provided for your disposal. You will see the right side of the fence is covered with black privacy screen, but the left side and rear are open. The neighbor to the right has a dog that is brought out on a leash. The neighbors on the left have recently lost their dogs. There are cows in the field to the rear of the property, which you may or may not see as they have acres to roam. There are two 10x10x6 kennels available for use if needed, complete with houses. There is a 8x8x8 shade sail as well. There is a real fire hydrant if your dog loves them! If you want or need water, treats, frisbee or tennis balls you’ll find them in the small storage box! During the warmer months if we are home you’ll find a dog pool for play! These items are sanitized regularly. There is wi-fi for you to use if you’d like. You’ll find the QR code underneath the lid of the storage box. You’ll find a seating area, fire pit for when it’s cold, market lights provide a great ambiance if you need to visit after dark. The deck to the house will be closed to visitors and their companions.

We offer a fully fenced private backyard oasis that is perfect for both dogs and their human friends! We have 1/4 acre play yard that provides plenty of shade for our guests from the large oak tree on property. Human guests are welcome to use the outdoor chairs on the deck that overlooks play area for dogs. Deck has gates so smaller dogs can have their own secure area if needed. Muddy paws? No thanks! Our property has beautifully landscaped with turf, which is low maintenance for easy cleanup. We provide water bowls, a hose (for quick clean up if needed), and a doggy trash can. The Fire pit can be used but guests need to provider their own wood and kindling. We hope you enjoy our special retreat in the city!
