Awesome new spot close to where I live. There aren’t many sniffspots in this area so we were excited to check it out. It was clean, spacious and quiet. We can’t wait to come back.

I had a great experience at this new Sniff Spot, it was perfect for my dog and I look forward to visiting again as the property continues to develop. As with any location, it's important to know your dog! If you have a dog that isn't engaged with you, very small or a determined escape artist there are a couple of areas that caught my eye, mainly the creek at the back of the property... the vegetation is quite overgrown so I was unable to see how secure the fencing was in that corner but my dog showed no interest in venturing that way.

It was great for what we needed. Large grass area to play fetch with the dogs. They also had a kiddie pool, chairs, hammock and dog balls with thrower if needed.

Great place. We all had a lot of fun. There is access to water (a small canal?) and of course one dog jumped right in and got all muddy but there was a hose I could wash her off with before I put her back in the car. Fence is safe, lots of room to play. I guess if you have a small dog they could slip through the front gate but not an issue for me. Clean water for the dogs and chairs and shade for me.

My young dog loved running around playing and sniffing, and my elderly dog was so happy to bask in the sun. The grass was green and I didn't see any mud. There were securely kenneled dogs who occasionally barked next door but they aren't visible, and the Sniff Spot is large enough to just choose a different area to play/train in. It was a beautiful drive out here and just a great day all around, we will be back!

We had a great time! K9Farm is safe and clean with lots of amenities- toys, water, a mini agility course and more. Fences are 4-5', which may not be high enough for my big dog. Nice places for the people who want to sit in the shade.

This was our second visit to this Sniffspot, and my dogs recognized it instantly. They enjoyed surveying the horses and livestock while driving up the road leading to the enclosure, and once we arrived, my usually reactive Shepherd mix didn’t even pay any mind at all to a neighboring dog barking nearby. He was too busy catching up on his pee-mail and testing out a variety of tennis balls! The nice selection of toys provided by the host is always appreciated, as are the water jugs for thirsty pups. Lots of fun was had and we left tired and happy!

Huge, beautiful space! Our dogs had a blast. Great toys, all the sights and smells for dogs. Great shade and sitting space for humans. There are som Fox tails, so just be aware, but it’s hard to find many places without them. The hosts provided brushes to brush dogs after play.

Great spot for my pup to run around. It was very quiet---we didn't see any other dogs or people while there, though we heard one dog on the drive in and heard some horses nearby---and there was water, hand sanitizer, and toys provided (much appreciated!) The host was very responsive and friendly when I had questions. They do have shady spots set up, but the property is largely in the sun, so just be aware if booking during the hotter months (maybe go in the morning or evening). As others have mentioned, there are many foxtails around, but some dog brushes were provided as well that we used before we left. Finally, there are a few small spaces at the bottom of the fence in various places that a tiny dog might be able fit through if you weren't keeping an eye on them, with the biggest being the gap under the front gate (pictured in the host's pictures). We just placed a trash bin and chair in front of the gap in the front gate and had no issues (30lb dog). We booked for an hour and a half and easily could have stayed for longer. Great spot all around!
