Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Welcome to Buddy’s Agility Corner. This is a great spot for practicing AKC Trick Dog Titles as well as Fetch Dog titles. Quick access to the George Waldo State Park for swimming and hiking as well. Come on down and enjoy the course. *Good Recall is A MUST* this is not a fenced in area. * *Due to construction the back of the property plus the wetlands are off-limits*

My yard is mostly in the back, some lawn area and some wooded area. There is a small 4' fenced in area for you to use. Dogs can dig and there will be water available, hose is right there. Feel free to have a seat and eat dinner or lunch. Gas grill, hot tub all available for your use.

Large open area next to a horse stable. Lots of squirrels and birds to see. We do not have a wooden fence but we do have a barrier that my two Dobermans respect as well as my neighbors Great Danes. Gentle slopes and rock gardens give pups plenty to run around. It’s a serene little oasis close to New Haven for pups that need their own space to romp and play without the “space invaders “ at local dog parks. You are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on the lawn and watch your pups run and play. I will be updating to include a “ ball box” for “Chuck-It” fetch.

Here at Potters place we offer a scenic level 1.2 acre ALL GRASS lot with a wooded perimeter. Privately located tucked away on a LOW traffic dead end cul-de-sac.
