A little over a half acre of unfenced in yard. Our property includes roaring brook that runs through the back - my dogs love swimming there! We also have a public trail that runs through our yard and our neighbors on the street (not really maintained but walkable for sure- we call it bear highway since that’s all we see using it.) We also have a playground available for dogs & kids alike. We also added a covered gazebo for additional seating or shade. We do have a kiddie pool we can fill and leave out as well. We also have a smaller fenced in area in our middle lot where our dogs do not play and do not have access to. There are chairs there to sit if you need and a fire pit! Our property is set back from the road quite a bit. You come down the long driveway and you would park in front of our skeleton where the driveway turns from rock to pavement. You are welcome to pull down as far as you want to the water by the tree line. We have doggie poop bags by the garage and you can throw any trash in the green bin by the road (it’s bear proof so anything is fine!). We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Ample room to run or take a swim. Bring your own frisbee, balls etc and romp away. The pavilion provides shelter from hot sun or sudden showers. We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. Please use both and leave dog bags in the big green trashcan by the gate. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Thank you for choosing our space for your dog to play! Our fully fenced in yard is a great spot for you to play and run around with your dog. We welcome any dogs who benefit from a separate, private space to run and play off leash. Whether your dog is better alone, anxious, dog reactive, or human reactive, we are happy to provide your dog with the individual space to enjoy themselves without the stress of a public , off leash dog space.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Located in a Quiet Neighborhood, lots of space for you and your dog to play, train and bond together, comfy seating arrangement for you to relax as well and enjoy the views. Usage may include, training space for reactive dogs, general play time, Dog Parties or any other legal use. We have different areas for smell and play (garden bed) Rough turf with spots for them to dig and lots of greenery to run and play! The lawn in our backyard is-well maintained without any chemicals or weed killers. We sanitize all dog toys often and sun dry!! Splash pad and water amenities and hammock will be available for use June 21st 2025 We also do doggy birthday parties with advance request upon availability.

Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

Welcome to our yard right in the heart of Wallingford! We have around 1/4 acre surrounded by a 6ft wooden privacy fence to keep you and your pups secure. For our furry friends, we have toys, water, treats, and open space to run! During the summer, you can have access to the water hose, if that is what your dog loves! For the humans, we have hammock chairs, a picnic table, and a covered patio for those hot summer days. Off street parking in a cul-de-sac neighborhood, without too many noises or traffic. Please come over and enjoy time with your special pets in my fully fenced, spacious, well kept, quiet and safe backyard. When you book it is just you and your pups, no distractions! (Use the Skip button top right corner if you don’t want to purchase a pass) Relax on the deck while pup sniffs until hearts content. Lots of toys to play with and extra towels, wipes, bubbles and doggie poop bags available just in case. Hose is off for the season so please bring water for your pups. There is a dog dish here if needed. Don’t forget to bring along some treats to try out the tip-a-treat game!! Also a great place to hold a party for your pup or a puppie play date! We have a stream and large area for throwing balls. The area is almost blocked off with only a few exits to our neighbor's yard. There's also a garden area around the other side of the house where they can play as well. In the winter there's woods they can run around in. It's a bit overgrown during the summer but if you have an adventurous dog go for it. We are right next to a school with a playground.

Large fenced in natural area in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lots of shade in summer. Half lawn and half wooded areas for lots of sniff exploring. Bench for seating and great bird watching for human companions.
