Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

RULES AND REGULATIONS • Handlers must clean up after their pet. • Dogs with a known history of dangerous behavior and female dogs in heat are prohibited. • Dogs must have current vaccinations and licenses. • Dog must be wearing a collar with current dog license. • Puppies under four (4) months old prohibited. • Dogs must be spayed or neutered. • Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited. • Handlers must carry a leash at all times. • Limit two (2) dogs per person per visit. • Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving area. • Dog owners and dogs must stay within the designated park area. • Dog must be removed from the park at the first sign of aggression. • No children under the age of 12 allowed in off-leash area. • No food, drink, or smoking allowed. • No choke or prong collars allowed. • No balls or toys permitted. • Dog owners must be at least 18 years old. • Owners and/or handlers are responsible for their dog’s actions. • You must pick up after your dog and place excrement in receptacles by each gate. • Any dogs outside this area must be on a leash (six foot long maximum). • Town of Brookhaven and New York State residents only are permitted in the park

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. We hope you can enjoy Mind Your Manorville! *If you are bringing a foster dog to SniffSpot- they sniff for free! DOG PARK RULES • All dogs must be licensed, have a valid Town of Bedford permit, current with all inoculations, healthy and wearing a collar with identification at all times – Contact the Bedford Town Clerk for licensing and permitting information (914-666-4534). Any dog using the park without proper license/permit will be issued a fine and future access to the facility will be prohibited • Dogs must be leashed upon entering/exiting the enclosures – Owners must be in the enclosure keeping their dog in view and in voice control, with leashes in their possession, at all times – Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited • Eating/smoking/picnicking is not permitted in the enclosures at any time OWNERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS AND DISPOSE WASTE IN THE RECEPTACLES PROVIDED • Dogs exhibiting aggression are not permitted – Owners must remove their dog • Dogs must be discouraged from digging – Owners must fill any holes their dog digs • Dogs must be discouraged from excessive/constant barking – Owners must control or remove their dog • Dogs who are ill, injured or in heat, as well as puppies under 4 months old, are all prohibited • Limit is 3 dogs per person per visit • The dog park is not recommended for children – Children age 12 and under must be supervised • Be cautious with dog toys, some don’t like to share • The use of Dog treats as a snack or reward is NOT permitted within the fenced areas of the park Non-compliance with these rules will result in expulsion from the Dog Park. Decision for expulsion will be made by the Superintendent of Recreation & Parks in conjunction with the Town Clerk and Dog Control Officer
