Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is securely covered with a safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot. The pool will reopen on Memorial Day.

Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Grass cut very often, dogs have free rain of the back yard, there is nothing that will harm them, birds and squirrels love to visit the back yard. I will have all dog supplies and toys in the shed. You are welcome to take and use what you want. Just please return to its location once finished.

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. Nestled between the Bronx River Parkway and Hutchinson River Parkway in Scarsdale, this private puppy palace is an ideally located quarter acre, fully fenced and gated private dog park, and is the perfect location for you and your fur baby. Aside from being a dog park for our pups, those we fostered, and those we dogsit, this yard has also been used for training for Guiding Eyes for the Blind dogs. Ever since my family moved here in the late 1980s we have never treated the yard with pesticide or herbicide, we don't allow any poisonous plants, and we've kept this yard fully fenced (no gaps) and gated with plenty of privacy hedges. Water, toys, treats, and towel service included. There's ample free parking on the street. There is a deck and a patio for the humans and two pools, a circuly sprinkler system you can control, agility equipment, and toys for the pups. None of my next door neighbors or bordering neighbors have dogs or outside pets. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood next to New York City. I love dogs and I plan to follow my Mom's dream of starting a dog sanctuary. I started volunteering at shelters and dogsitting and walking at 16 over 25 years ago. More recently I've become a dog trainer and am increasing my skills at veterinary assistance. My resume also includes corporate pet health in both New York and Los Angeles.
